I am sooooo mad at Reggie Mantle right now! Okay, you know how upset he’s been about getting a summer job. Well, I thought I’d cheer him up, so I took him out last night. Don’t get the wrong idea – it was just a friendly date – dinner and a movie.
Well, I went over to his house to pick him up. Everything was going peachy – UNTIL he got into my car. He made a horrible face and said, “Are you chewing bubble gum?”
“No, silly,” I said. “I’m wearing bubble gum scented lip gloss. Just got a new tube today. Do you like it?”
Do you know what he did? He screamed, jumped out of my car and ran all the way back up the drive to his house!!!! What’s up with that?
I’ll tell you this – that’s the last time I’ll try to do something nice for HIM!

Its not Reggie's fault! He has a new job with the JANITOR of your school and he has to SCRAPE GUM OFF OF THE BOTTOM OF DESKS! I feel sorry for him! Forgive him, please, Ronnie, he probably just doesn't want to be reminded of that auful job!

Ronnie,please don't be mad! Don't you know about his brutal,grueling summer job! He had to scrape bubble gum out from underneath all the desks. I understand why you're kinda mad though cause I have tons of lip gloss that I love and one of them is bubble gum. Don't be mad though.
