Hi bbs! Hope your Monday is GRAND.
At school today, several people asked me WHY I was at Riverdale Mall shopping all weekend long – especially at 5 am on Black Friday.
“Veronica,” they said. “YOU don’t need to shop for ANYTHING on SALE! What’s up?”
I’ll tell you. It’s not the bargains that lured me to the mall early on Black Friday. It was the whole shopping experience - the thrill of the hunt!
I DID buy a lot of stuff, but I don’t think I bought one thing ON SALE. It was just SOOOO MUCH FUN to be surrounded by people who were as enthused about shopping as I am!

PS- Lilli- Grand isn't really that phony, but it seems funny in modern America I guess. It really is used by mostly Irish people, and is a popular word among them instead of 'fun' 'wicked' 'cool' and 'awesome' sorry, I love interesting and unusual facts and I happened to pick that one up...someplace.

one of my friends like got the same hairstyle i just got(i got it like 4 weeks ago) and i didnt mind hers is a little different and she wanted it to turn out a different way she said but her hair stylist (the one i went to) didnt cut it the way she wanted it to.. i said it looked really good on her and it was pretty..then one of my other friends..came up to me and asked why i was jelous of her hair =O
it was my hair style first!? why would i say i was jelous of my hair style?!
