Yeah, I know, I sounded tough on Friday, but my gosh, it’s ARCHIE we’re talking about! Gee, I was only mad at him ONE week – I must be going soft. Or maybe it was Betty; she told me she read somewhere that holding a grudge can make you ugly. She was very convincing. That worried me. Anyway, Archie called me a while ago and we worked it all out.
He wanted to know if I was going to the dance with Reggie, but I told him I am going stag. Betty’s idea. I thought it was a good one, so I’m not going with a date either. I think he’s going stag, too.
So, to sum up: Nobody’s mad any more. Archie is happy again. Reggie is Reggie. Betty is perky. Jughead is eating a lot and running from Ethel. And we’re all going stag to the dance.
Things are back to normal in Riverdale.

oh well. i posted this on the cheerleader one but i wanted to post it here too because i read some other comments like this so yeah :hi, i was reading some of the comments and i saw how you guys really didn't like your schools. are you guys in middle school then? like 6-8 grade or younger? i'm 17 and i am a senior, and i love archie comics, but i just wanted to let you know that popularity in high school is overrated. it is always going to be there no matter what. i am a senior and it still happens. i'm a musician/artist kid at my school and that doesn't 'fit' with everyone else. but you know what....i don't care. the best advice from me is to be yourself and let people talk. when are you ever going to see them again once you graduate? truth be told, you probably won't. i hope things get better for you all, and if you want to talk i'm here :) sorry for babbling!

hey veronica! i think you and betty should both dump archie. you both to good for him, you don't deserve a two timer. as for that whole global warming conversation that's going on, my thoughts are that global warming IS happening, and it IS mostly our fault, and even if you don't agree, it doesn't hurt to turn off lights in your house when you arn't using them and such.
the earth can't handle all the polution we're throwing at it, and last year, there was no snow for christmas. There's always like 3 feet where i come from, but last year there was none. it was really depressing.

The ice keeps on melting which floods cities and towns. They made a chart on how much Global Warming is affecting the earth. The chart line gets higher and higher which means that the Global Warming is getting worse. You can look up the chart if you want too. All we have to do is save energy... but A LOT of people don't take Global Warming seriously or don't care about it. Which is a bummer... And--- that's all...

Global warming isn't based on scientific fact. Not one scientist has actually proved it's exist. Besides, there is proof that the Earth warms and cools. But it will continue to warm and cool without our help.
Remember it was only a decade ago (back in the 70's) where people went nuts about Global Cooling. All this hype about Global Warming is just nonsense. I've got better things to worry about.
And ask yourself this.
Does Al Gore really care about the enviroment as he claims he does?
Think about it for a minute.
I finally formed my oppinion on Global Warming, and I'll keep it simple.
Global Warming is something I don't have to worry about. I've read enough articles on both sides. And the ones that say Global Warming is just the greatist con game that has ever been created in the history of science has won. I'd rather spend my time worry about something else than what the crazy left wing nuts try to tell me to worry about.
