Yesterday was GROOVY! More than 1,500 people came to hear us sing and – the best part – they gave A LOT of money to the Animal Shelter!
My throat? Much better today.
Reggie? Still limping, but he met 3 girls from Greendale at the concert, so he’s not complaining.
Now for the big news: I adopted a dog! She is the sweetest thing in the whole wide world! You know, I WAS looking at purebred puppies, because I thought that’s what I wanted. But puppies take TONS of time and work and they pee on the floor, so I kinda gave up on getting a dog.
Then, while we were setting up yesterday morning, I met Cookie. The Animal Shelter Director brought her over to meet me. She is about a year old, so she already knows about going outside. And she’s very sweet, and she’s small. Nobody knows what sort of dog she is, but she doesn’t shed and she will look sooooo cute in the clothes from the Doggie Boutique! Cookie is an orphan. Her owner was very old and passed away, so Cookie had to go to the shelter. I’m so happy I met her!
Last night she slept on the foot of my bed. And she likes to ride in the car. And Gaston and Smithers love her! (That’s good because they’ll be taking care of her when I’m at school.) I’m going shopping this afternoon for all the things she’ll need. Later this week, I’ll take her to the boutique AND to meet her new vet. We have a very busy week coming up!
Thanks for ALL the doggie advice you shared with me this week! Keep it coming. I think I’m gonna need it. LOL

oh and its so snog, i thought in one of the comics you had a cat AND a dog, (or that atleast is what it said and showed)
oh and to all of you a year ago me and my friends where in a conference talking all together on yahoo..(if someone also doesnt no if you want to talk to ALL of your friends at one time on yahoo instant message, you can have a conference.) and i was typing the word "song" and i put "snog"
instead, lol, and so we made it our word and gave it a meaning
and now we sometimes use it and only we no what it means,and we dont tell anyone what it means, because i dont no, its just fun doing that!!!

Aww...It sounds cute! I have a dog too! Her name is Robin. She loves me, she follows me around, but SHE IS SO PROTECTIVE......If she doesn't know you, she will growl, and growl till the cows come home (No, I don't have cows)
