A BOUTIQUE FOR DOGS!!!
I’m not talking about a pet aisle in a discount store, or the regular pet store. I’m talking about an exclusive, trendy, pricey little out-of-the-way shop that caters to very special DOGS and their very special people!
It was soooo cute; they carried the sweetest little one-of-a-kind things you’ve ever seen! Like hand knit doggie sweaters, and bright doggie raincoats and even tiny doggie shoes (No heels. I asked.) Oh, and HAIR PRODUCTS! (Makes sense - most dogs have a lot of hair.) And, they had a Gourmet Canine Bakery too, with treats that looked as good as Gaston’s creations!
I had so much fun. I HAVE to get a dog! Especially now that I know it can wear designer clothes just like ME. :)

i don't really like the idea of dressing dogs up. i think it's kinda mean. i mean, putting it in a sweater is fine if it's cold, or a raincoat. but i think dogs don't like it when you dress them up or put shoes on them.

In Old Town Alexandria [Viginia-Washington DC area], I saw a bakery that makes food for dogs only! I think it was gormet! [did i spell that right?]. and, once, I saw a lady walking a chihuahua, and her dog was wearing an exact replica of the shirt she was wearing, only smaller. since we are talking about dogs....I have an -in my opinion- intertaining story! My cousin, Tori [Victoria], is 3. she has a little puppy in her house in South Carolina. she and her family came to visit us. She acted like a little puppy, and i gave her a stuffed one that she could pretend to walk, even tho she was acting like a pup. There was some stray cat in the nieghborhood, and i didnt realize it, but, it went in out backyard. suddenly, i saw her barking at the window. turns out, she was acting like a puppy again and was barking at the cat! She's so cute......!

i agree Michelle and Inez! Dogs should not be put in clothes! it is kinda mean! and, like Cinnamon Apple said, adopt one from the shelter! pleez do! its so nice!

That's so kewl, Ron! But y'know, ur pets only need a safe environment, food, and a loving owner. Here's some advice: don't get one of those fancy-breed poodle types: get an animal from d pet shelter. They'll be more appreciative of ur care n they need people to love them more.- Amal*F
Well, putting clothes on dogs can b cruel, but it depends....if ur dog doesn't hav much hair n itz winter n it feels cold itz ok 2 make it wear a comfy, warm coat.- Amal*F
i had a sweater 2 years ago or 3 for my dog kola, when i first got him,
i relized its mean to put clothes and stuff like that on them

Ron, you do know that forceing dogs(or any animal really) into wearing clothes can be a form of animal abuse? Little antlers for Christmas is fine(as long as the dog doesn't mind) but sweaters and shoes are going a little too far. Oh, and the others are right. You should adopt a shelter dog. It may not be as 'high-breed' as a pet shop pet but you'll be giving a abandoned and lonly dog a chance. Got all that?

Getting a pound dog is a good idea, my family got one and she turned out to be the best dog ever! One thing though, dont get one of those teacup dogs that you can take in your purse, they seem more like an accessory than a pet.
