I heard there’s a new
post on AC Management’s
Blog promoting Part
2 of
Bad Boy Trouble.
Bets says we should just ignore this four part issue and move on with our lives. So, I’ve held my tongue about Part 1… until now.
I have just one thing to say about this “new and improved Veronica.” Is she STUPID? In Part 1, she rides off on a motorcycle with a moderately cute but rude, disheveled, smelly-looking guy she’s just met. AND on top of that, she buys his whole, “I’m-a-good-guy-I-just-look-bad” thing. Come on! NOBODY’s that thick!!!
Reality Check: I would NEVER climb onto the back of a loud, dangerous, NON-air-conditioned motorcycle when there’s a perfectly good limo sitting right there!!!
I’m beginning to think I need to sit down and clue “My Faux Self” in on this Nick St. Clair creep.
One more thing – why did Steven Butler make my Dad look so old and frail!?!
He looks like he needs to be hospitalized.
Am I overreacting?

I FINALLY got the "New Makeover" issue digest and peeked in it (I haven't read it yet) and boy, the drawings look good on some BUT most they look ugly. They don't look old as some mentioned but they don't look good. My brother says they look like in their teens but not old. Sorry, Steven Butler. I took a good look at it and I don't like it.
I hope it wont be permanent. :(
LOL Veronica! I noticed that too! You're dad had huge glasses, he was reeeeeeally wrinkly and he looked....well...kind of turtlie. I liked you're normal dad much much better (I like He's mustache).
And Veronica, We know you're not so dumb that you would leave you're friends for some guy who sneaks in to places, probly steals and gets in to fights!
And The part that i don't like the most is that Midge looks like one of those rockstars who do there hair funny and put alot of makeup on there face and around the eyes.
You are sooo right about this whole mess. I think that the new you and bets have too skinny waists that really clashes with their big hips.They look so weird.Not to mention that Midge looks like a gothic rockstar,not an honest person and friend!!!They also made Ron's eyes blue!They're supposed to be either black or brown.
I haven't read one yet but I don't like the way that betty look's prettier then you! Your the pretty one!

dear veronica; i like to read the new makeover and look and read the edventures but im sorry for saying this but you two and midge are ugly! i dislike the new archie i cant wait to see what they did two nancey moose chuck reggie and everone in riverdale looks like ( i meant that in the bad way)
i agree with u veronica, i mean u would never go on a motorclye if u are rich!i think that Steven butler or how ever wrote this needs to re-think this alll over!!!!

My friend SBU_luvr is right. Also, I just checked out the sneak peek of "Bad Boy Trouble" Part II, and it is so so so stupid. You would never act like that! It makes you seem like an airheaded, dumb, brunette, artificial BARBIE!!!! When I'm done I'm going straight to the Steven Butler dude's blog and venting my feelings through a comment of rage!

the faux you is kinda pretty, but faux Betty is sterio-tyipical looking, like one of those runway models who starve themselvs to death! and Omg, get faux Mr. Lodge an ambulance STAT! he looks like my grandmother did a few days before she passed away!
Ronnie, just to let you know, I vented my steam on Management's blog. OK? I'm still fighting for you.
My advice:
You're rich. Get a good lawyer. Threaten to sue. It'll scare them so bad they'll stop the issues after the fourth. If they don't, call them and have your lawyer also on the phone, and say:
"Yes, so what were you thinking we'd sue? $60,000? OK. Oh, Steven, I forgot you were here too. Anyway, what were we going to talk about?" I guarantee if they weren't scared before, they'd be scared after that. You'd never have to sue ANYONE! Oh, by the way, I want to be a lawyer.

exactly! exactly! when i saw ur dad, im like wha?! THATS mr lodge???? wow. u r definetly NOT over-reacting! i wouldnt like it if they drew my dad looking like someone in a hospital, and if they put me on the back on some strange persons motorcycles. i like limos and motorcycles and it would be hard choosing, but only if the motorcycle belonged to someone i knew!
Dear Ronnie, I think your new look was refreshing in a way because it was different, but if they keep it up... ugh! Archie's hair was so different it was annoying. I'm a big Archiecomics fan and I have like, a lil' more than 300 comics.I love getting really old classics and new comics. You are awesome, but you should ne nicer to Betty. :] Bye!
