For
most of us, summer is a time to kick back, sleep late, play -
basically ignore the clock and do whatever we want! Sounds like fun
but having NO
schedule can wreck your body’s internal clock!
If you find yourself feeling blah, getting zits or gaining weight, then put yourself back on a healthy routine FAST! You don’t want to return to school in a few weeks in worse shape than you did when school let out!
Love,
Veronica
I need to follow this tip very very badly. I let junk food take over my life and I get many many zits. How do I prevent them? And, could someone please leave a comment on how i can loose weight without telling my parents? I really need help and they will not help me much. Please help me.
On the management blog I posted the makeover is so horrible and you know it 800 times
Thank you for the advice, Veronica :)
"Fatso", I would suggest that the next time you see your general physician you ask him/her what to do. If you think that you have a serious problem with junk food a physician can help you and you can ask him/her to keep it private from your parents, though I would think that your parents would support a healthy lifestyle change. For now, try exercising--even little walks can help--and having fruit for a snack instead of greasy chips.
As for zits, try having a regular skin regimen where you wash your face and then apply zit cream everyday. Having consistent habits will help your skin readjust itself. If you're still in the process of growing up, zits are completely normal.
i totally agree! As much fun as laying around and being lazy sounds, its really not fun! You start to feel fat, gross, and i don't know what else, but i do know that when i just lay around all day i feel disgusting. But when i go outside and run around i feel GREAT!
Yeah,,,I know what you mean Ronnie. I REALLY need 2 work on that.
