My Turn!

Heres my story, thanks for doing this post ron! i love the topic!!

After a regular day at school, Ron and Bets decided to stop in at pops for a shake but little did they know what horror they would see at pops Choklit Shop. When they walked in it just didn't feel right somehow, all the regulars in the shop looked nervous and jumpy. The girls didn't know why but decided to go sit down in their regualar booth, but when they got there they saw the most horrible sight! THE FAUX DUOS!!!!! The girls almost screamed they were so suprised!
"Hey! So YOUR the ones we replaced, hmmmm, well i understand why they wanted to replace YOU two!" Said the FAKE Ron.
"What are you talking about????? Your so ugly i can hardly look at you!!!!!" Said the REAL ron.
"Listen you two, stop the fighting! Theres nothing to fight about! The choice of you two fake duos staying really is up to our fans! So we just need to hope and pray that our fans don't like the new makeover and don't give into it!" Said Betty.
"Yeah! Bettys right! Our fans will NEVER give into the stupid makeover! They love us the way we are and don't want some phoney new Betty and Veronica! Were real teenagers who have real problems and who look normal! You two couldn't look normal if you tried!!!" said Ron.
"Oh yeah? well....ummm...listen.. we have to go, come on Ron" Said the FAKE betty.
"Yeah!!!!!! We did it Ron!" yelled betty.
"Yeah, that was great! But i have a feeling this isn't the end of it! We need to stay strong no matter how many times we come into a position like this! We need to believe in our fans and trust that they will NOT give in to this stupid makeover! Its up to you fans! DON'T GIVE IN!!!!!! Stay loyal to the REAL betty and Veronica!!!!" Said Ron.
So,they won that fight, but its not the end! Remember fans, its up to you to keep the REAL Betty and Veronica!!!!!!!!! FIGHT THE MAKEOVER!!!!!!!!

Face To Face

Betty and Veronica were waiting for the school day to be over. They were going to do anything that was relaxing to forget the Faux Duo and the Makeover digest being out. They first went over to the Riverdale Shopping Mall. They were shopping for nearly over 3 hours. After that Betty suggested that they go over to Pop Tate's for some ice-cream and milkshakes to cool off since it was a hot day and they were tired. Veronica thought that maybe they should call the gang over too so they could all just relax. Betty and Veronica got there in just a few minutes in Veronica's car. They walked in and saw that Pop Tate had on nervous look on his face. The rest of the people there mostly adults had a nervous look on their faces too. They wondered why the others all looked so nervous. They headed over to their regular booth but it was already occupied... by the FAUX DUO!!! Betty and Veronica were just staring at the Faux Duo in astonishment and shock. When Veronica got out of her shock of seeing them she was just about to lunge at them and tear them to pieces when Betty stopped her. " Betty, What are you doing?!!!" Said Veronica "Let go of me. I'm going to tear them to pieces. How dare they come to Riverdale?!!"
" Calm down Veronica." said Betty "Lets find out what they are doing here." "I hate it when you seem to be reasonable about people." said Veronica. They walked over to the booth and Veronica whispered to Betty to help her keep a hold of them in case they tried to make a run for it. When the Faux Duo saw them and espically how angry Veronica looked they tried to make a run for it. But of course Veronica and Betty were too fast for them. They struggled hard to get loose but the real Betty and Veronica were o strong for them. What are YOU doing here?!!!!!" yelled Veronica.
Just then the gang just walked in and stood by the entrance gaping at the four girls. "What is going on here?!!!" said Archie. " Are you blind Archie, this is the Faux Duo!!!" yelled Betty. " Well, what are they doing in Riverdale?" asked Archie. " Come to ruin our lives I bet!!" retorted Veronica. " Calm down Veronica, we won't find anything if you don't stop and calm down." said Betty at last. " OK, OK, Betty. What are you two doing here in Riverdale? This is the place for the ORIGINAL Betty & Veronica not the Faux Duo." said Veronica. " Well. WE are here because we were supposed to come here and stay. The Archie Comics Headquarters TOLD us to." said the Faux Betty. " What?!!!!!!" yelled Betty and Veronica in a rage. " Yes, we were supposed to come here to do what you guys regularly do and tell them what has happened and they would mix some of it into the rest of the 3 comics." said the Faux Veronica. "You're joking?!!" said Betty. " No, that the complete truth" said the Faux Veronica.
"WELL!!!!! Now get out of Riverdale and don't come back or I will get my dad to sue the AC Headquarters and get YOU both out as far away from Riverdale as possible." yelled Veronica. " How many times do I have to say to you to calm down a bit?" said Betty. " Stop nagging. Now you 2, get out of Riverdale. RIGHT NOW!!!" yelled Veronica again. We'll be keeping an eye out for you..." began Veronica "...And if we catch you here in Riverdale agian we will chase you out of here and make sure you never come back or anywhere near us!!" continued Betty. So the Faux Duo ran off, mostly because they were terrified by Veronica's temper.
Then at last Veronica showed a smile to see them running away. The rest of the group of the group even gave smile to see the Duo run off like that and gave Betty and Veronica a pat on the back for being so strong. Pop Tate was still somewhat surprised about what happened but was a bit glad all the same to see the Faux Duo go. " You guys are going to get a meal on the house!"
Everybody was happy to hear that. At last doing something normal. The girls never forgot how they scared the Faux Duo away from Riverdale.

THE SPELL OF THE FAUX DOU
Part 1

Betty and Ronnie were doing homework and Ronnie suddenly exclaimed, “AARRGG!!! HOME WORK IS TOO HARD! Come on Betty, were going to pops to have a shake!” And Betty was dragged out the door and into Pops. We were going to step inside but Pops raced to the door and blocked our way! “Uhh…Not a very good time to come girls! Were closed for remodeling!” Pops said nervously. “Pops, let us in, we can see the people in the booths slurping Sundays from outside the window. Please let us in.” Betty said kindly.
They past pops and went to there favorite booth in the whole wide world. BUT there was two girls sitting on them. One with a blond pony tail, the other a brunette. “Excuse me miss, but that’s our seats” Veronica said politely. “Hah! Hah! Hah! Did you hear that Betty?” The girl evilly laughed. Betty wondered how that girl knew her name.
“Y-yeah. Ha! Ha! S-sure did, Veronica! Shall we…?” The other girl sneered. Betty and Ronnie were totally confused! The two girls spun there stools around and looked directly at them.
“THE FAUX DUO!!!!”
Veronica and betty screamed at the same time. “Pleasure.” The fake Betty said coldly.
“WHY ARE YOU FAKES IN RIVERDALE??? WHY ARE YOU IN POPS?? WHY ARE YOU SITTING IN OUR CHAIRS??” Ronnie yelled.
“To have a soda, duh.” The fake Veronica said and giggled. “Why should we tell you?” “Alright I’ll tell! Well, after I go outside of Pops, everyone will think I’m you and treat you like us! We got the fake Sabrina to put that spell on us! ” The fake Betty said. And with her tone Betty and Veronica could tell SHE WASN’T KIDDING!

The Fake Duo Leaving.

It was a warm spring day. When Betty and Ron decided to stop into Pop Tates for a Shake to cool of. Pop greeted them at the door. Saying, girls, there might be some people in here you do not want to see. So, You might want to come back later. Betty looked at Pop and said that is crazy who could be in there that we would not want to see. So, Pop stepped out of their way and said I tired to warn you girls. But, since you want to come on in. Come on in. So, Betty and Ron stepped into Pops and heard a loud comment being made Who are those ugly two trying to look like us.Ron looked at Betty and Betty looked back at Ronnie and calmly walked over to the booth that made the comment. Ronnie said to Betty.Betty look it is our fake duo. Trying to call us ugly. I guess they never look in the mirror in the morning if they are calling us ugly. Just then the fake Ron grabbed her milk shake and threw it at the Real Ronnie totally missing the Real Ronnie by a mile. Ronnie just laughed and said to the real Betty. See they can not do any thing right. The real Betty laughed and said i see that Ronnie. The fake Betty grabbed her lunch of hamburger and fries and tried to throw them at the Real Betty and Ronnie and missed the Real ones too. Just then Jughead walked in and cried when he saw all the food on the floor and cried who could waste all this good food. By then Pop walked up with the Real Ronnie and Betty's shakes and had heard what Jughead had ask. The real Ronnie said the fake duo threw the food at us trying to hit us. The fake duo said no it was those two pointing at the real Ronnie and Betty. Jughead could not on been those two. They know i hate to see food wasted they would of just gave me their food instead of wasting it. Pop said Jughead is right. I have known these two lovely girls all their lives. They do not waste anything. He then looked at the fake duo. Telling them if you want to start food fights go somewhere else. Your never allowed to come back into my shop anymore. You two are ban for life. The Real Ronnie and Betty grabbed Pop and hugged and kiss him thanking him for getting rid of the fake duo out of the Hamburger Shop. He told them no problem. I do not want people in here throwing my food instead of eating my food. The girls screamed in joy and high fived each other.
So, that is the story of how the fake duo got kicked out of Pop Tate's.

Here's my story and I hope you like it. This shows my support to the REAL Betty and Veronica.

"School was the pits today," said Betty to Veronica as they walked out of Riverdale High. "Lets get a soda at Pops."
"Good idea." said Veronica.
Together the girls walked over to Pops Chocklit Shoppe. After picking up their sodas from Pop, they walk over to their favorite booth. But before they could sit down, Betty gasped.
"What's wrong Betty?" asked Veronica. Betty pointed towards their booth, and Veronica saw what was wrong. There, sitting in the booth were THE FAUX DUO.
"What do we do?" asked Betty.
"We are going to go up to those two and tell them to get out of OUR booth. If they don't listen I am going to give them the Archie treatment."
Betty smiled because she knew very well, that the "Archie treatment" hurt very badly. Together, the two friends walked up to the booth, nervous as ever. Veronica cleared her throat. The Faux Duo looked up.
"Excuse us, but you're in our booth. Would you be so kind as to get up."
"YOUR booth," the Faux Veronica. "I believe this booth is public."
"Indeed," said Veronica(the real one). "But you see, since you are new to Archie Comics, you may not know that this is the REAL Betty and Veronicas booth. I'm sure that our fans would know that."
"We have fans too," said the Faux Betty. "And I'm sure they would back us up."
"You don't have half as many fans as we have," said Betty. "And I don't think you know this, but most of them like us THE WAY WE ARE."
"You just wait," said Faux Betty. "You may think this makeover is temporary, but me and Ronnie plan to persuade the management to make it permanent. And you two will just be some little nobodies."
"Don't make us give you two the Archie treatment," said Ronnie. "'Cuz believe me, it hurts."
"Whats the Archie treatment?" the Faux Duo asked.
"You're about to find out." said Betty. Then to Veronica she whispered: "You take your Faux, I'll take mine." Veronica nodded.
Together the real Betty and Veronica approached the Faux Duo, while they just stood in confusement. First they both stepped on their foot.
"OOOOOOWWWWWW!" cried the two and as they kneeled down to rub their bruise, Betty and Ronnie jumped on their backs and pounded them on the shoulders.
By now, the Faux Duo were on the ground, gasping for breath.
"Yeah! We did it, Betty!" Ronnie cheered in delight. The two friends highfived each other. Suddenly, something knocked them hard to the ground. When they looked up they saw that the Faux Duo were triumphantly standing over them. Then, they stuck their high-heeled boots into their stomachs. This time the real Betty and Ronnie were the ones on the floor, gasping for breath.
"Thats OUR version of 'the Archie treatment.'" the Faux Betty giggled.
"Listen, you two, don't you dare come between us and our chances of rising to the top. 'Cuz we'll get them whether you like it or not!"
And with that, the Faux Duo stormed out of the shop.
"We've got a lot of work to do, Betty." said Ronnie.
"Yes Ronnie," gasped Betty. "A lot of work to do."

Well thats my version of the encounter between the real and fake Betty and Veronica. I hope you liked it! Remember, SUPPORT THE REAL BETTY AND VERONICA! THE FAUX DUO DON"T KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT BEING BETTY AND VERONICA!!!!!!!!

*Veronica* I didn’t believe it at first. Maybe it was a mirage. But it wasn’t. The Faux Duo was directly in front of us. In our BOOTH! Of course I calmed down pushing Betty before she completely lost her temper. “Hello there! You must be new in town,” pushing my rage out slowly, “but this is OUR booth.” “Veronica!” screamed Betty. The brunette Faux said, “OH! What a coincidence! My name is Veronica too, Veronica Lodge.” Then I’m not sure what happened next. Betty knows… Betty?
*Betty* Yeah Veronica, I know. Anyway the first thing that happened next was Ron’s HUGE temper let loose when she said Lodge. She screamed, “Well guess what Miss Lodge, I’M VERONICA LODGE! You’re just a big fake. You’re one of the Faux Duo! Get out of here!” Then she threw Veronica 2’s drink all over her hair and pushed her out of the booth. Then that Faux Duo blonde said, “OH! I’m so sorry about my friend. We are only out here for a few months. Well be gone by September 4th. I’m Betty Cooper…you are?” Then I lost my temper, “BETTY COOPER. The original, the real, one and only Betty Cooper.” Then the Duo left. Both seemed pretty mad. We saw them around until the last issue came out. I’m personally glad they left.
*Veronica* Amen to that sister!

Face To Face

After school one day, Bets and I stop into Pop’s for a shake. Pop looks nervous when we walk in and gives us “a look”. There are a few regulars there, mostly adults – and THEY look nervous too! So, Bets and I head to our regular booth BUT it’s already occupied… BY THEM!!! The FAUX DUO!!! It’s the first time we’ve actually met.
Ummm... Said real Ron.Hi! said real Betty. Who are you? Said other Betty. Back off Bets! We know who they are!Said other Ron. Do you think.... WE could SHARE the booth? Asked real Betty. Yah!! Said real Ron! Talk about our differences! T-that sounds like a good idea! Right Ron? Said other Betty. Well I guess...... So that is the story of how Betty & Veronica And Betty & Veronica became friends! Hope you like my story! Monique :)

The Faux Duo

Betty and ronnie were really bored.All they could do was sit on Ron`s bed and stare for hours and think about the summer.Then Betty said, "How about a
trip to Pop`s?" "Sounds good, Betty!"So they took Ron`s car to Pop Tate`s. Pop was acting really strange and telling them to come again!"Pop!Why isn`t Jug here, either?" Pop was really nervous. Betty ordered 2 sundaes and gave 1 to Veronica.They were heading back to their usual booth, but...THE FAUX DUO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"WHAT ARE...YOU...THINGS DOING HERE AT OUR, OUR BOOTH!?!!?"Ron said.
"Ron, calm down." said Betty. Faux Betty made a stabbing response. "Everyone loves US now.You`re soooooooo stupid!" "Like, she`s totally right, you know. Plus, like, everyone soooooooooo totally hates your, like, totally yucky guuuuuuuuts."This pierced them and they came up with a plan. Betty went to the faux duo`s houses. She ruined everything they owned but swore not to do it agian.The faux duo crawled in a hole forever.

sunny day me betts and veronica were opening the door at pops when right there was the fake duos . i said hi to them ( in side i said leave town!) they said "where 's archie ?"
i said why he's bettys and veronicas boyfriend !
fake betty said we just wana see what a dork he...right then archie walked in. he sat next to me and veronica. archie said to me and veronica "why are they here ?" veronica said that they came to ruen their lives .i said archie you may not want to talk to them they said you were a dork ! what! said archie . betty came back she said lets go to the park so we went to the park with her. she said that midge was in the bathroom with her. betty said that midge said who are you ? betty said its me betty. midge said i thought you where some one else. me and archie and veronica could not believe our ears ! we all went home. when veronica called she said that the fake veronica was at her house tallking to her dad and mom! she was so angery she yelled and hung up . i'm so angery at those two !

I have been reading Archie Comics for a long time and I LOVE it!! Very disappointed with the new look. I dont' ever want to see Betty and Veronica like this. I love their old look and want it to stay........

"Face to Face"

Betty was laughing so hard to the point her ribs hurted. "Stop, Ron!" she told me. "I still say Midge didn't tell you to 'fart from Archie for a while!' I think she said 'part from Archie for a while.'"

I lifted a hand to glance at my nails and scoffed, "Whatever. Let's go into Pop's. I'm thirsty."

Betty chuckled and held the door open for me to go in first. The place was kinda packed, mostly by adults. Hmm... after all, it is Friday, I thought to myself. Most teens are out at the mall or somewhere else than here.

Betty and I were approaching our usual booth until Pop's stepped in front of us. "Ladies! I--I--I..."

"Are you okay, Pop's?" asked Betty. I was wondering that myself. Very suspicious.

I raised an eyebrow with suspicion but said nothing. "Um---um, why don't you ladies sit by the counter so you can see me...cook."

Betty and I exchanged glances. Betty then looked back at him. "Why?"

"We always sit on our booth," I added, pushing my way through.

Pop hurried along and blocked me again. "Why don't you sit by the counter for a change?"

I placed my hands over my hips and stared evenly at him. He moved his lips nervously but said nothing more than, "Uh...uh...." I looked around and noticed the other adults staring at us in shock.

Next, something caught Betty's and my attention. We heard a familiar laughter coming from our booth. Betty and I looked at each other and rushed on over with Pop trying to stop us.

"The Faux Duo!" we shouted in the same time.

They stopped and immediately turned to us. Their expressions changed too. The Veronica wannabe got up and faced me with her cheap manicured hands waving in the air for me to back off from her space.

I felt my blood rise. "How dare you two come here and pose as the real us, Betty and Veronica! You are merely a couple of wannabes!"

Okay, it turned real ugly that I think it's best I don't type here what we said. Pop and a few other adults had to seperate Betty and me from beating them up until I managed to pull one of their hair.

"A wig!" I shouted. "A-ha! I knew it! Who are you two?"

Betty let go of her copy-cat and exhailed. "Haven't we seen you before?"

The Faux Duo made their escape and we ran after them until Archie, Moose and Midge had to come in and block our path.

"Archie! Move!" I yelled.

"What's going on?" asked Midge.

"Forget it, Ron! Their gone!" cried Betty.

I stood in front of Archie and poked a finger at his shoulder, "Move it or loose it!"

He gulped but Betty grabbed my arm and pulled me back. "No, wait!"

"Hey, let go of my arm!"

"Ron, calm down!"

"Easy for you to say!"

"What is going on?" asked Archie.

I was going to poke him again until Betty pushed my hand away. "'The Faux Duo' jerks were here."

I threw my hair back with a sigh and mumbled, "What's next? A faux Archie?"

"What?" cried Archie and Betty.

"This is unbealivable!" cried Midge.

"Duh, what is a faux duo?" of course, said Moose.

"Should we go after them?"

"No, Archie but thanks," said Betty. "Their long gone."

"So what are we suppose to do now?" I guestured impatiently.

Betty crossed her arms and said, "Why don't you ask Midge what you thought you heard her say?"

I bopped her arm and she just chuckled.

Moose placed a finger below his lips and thought long and hard while Midge asked me, "Ask me what?"

"I'll tell you later." I inhailed and exhailed. "Guys, we need to think of something to stop them. They are ruining our lives!"

"Duh, Ron."

"Yes, Moose?"

"What is a Duo fox?"

I thought I heard Archie chuckle but I let it pass. "Duo Faux, Moose. Those two fake Betty and Veronica were here."

"Duh, you and Betty aren't fake. And you are still here."

I clenthed my fists to my sides and grunted, "Moose! That's not what I meant!"

"Me confused," he scratched his head. "You said...."

Midge grabbed his arm and said, "Moose, honey, i'll explain it later."

Midge led Moose to a booth and I turned to look at Archie. I caught him laughing that I bopped his arm and chased him out of Pop's.

i could not under stand some of the stories at all, because they have run-on sentences, no punctuation and no quotation marks. :(

Really. Ronnie, I think you should give this makeover thing a break. When I read Betty's blog, I heard you were hosting the story thing and immediatly, I thought, makeover. YOU SHOULD GIVE THIS THING A BREAK!

Face to Face (Ronnies point of view)

It was a beautiful morning. And I? Looking gorgeous as always. Betty? Looking cute and middle class as always.
We entered pops and in a smile on our face which was wiped off. Archie and the gang were looking horrified. Pop gasped. The faux duo were sitting at our spots. Acting like me!
That raven tressed wannabe me was wearing one of my originals! She is not pretty to wear that definetly!
"Hey" Betty hollered "That is OUR spot!"
Like Omigosh miss honor-roll finally speaks!
Betty exchanged some harsh words so did I.The faux duo did too.
Until faux veronica cracked and sobbed. Covering her face to make a pool of tears in the palm of her hands. Faux Betty was just cross-armed.
"YOU GO CRY WANNABE VERONICA LODGE" Betty laughed.
Then Faux moi said "It's not our fault we were drawn like you! We didn't mean cause so much trouble! AC just wanted to make us and be like you. And wear veronica's originals from other digests! We love classic you! We can't just erase ourselves like this never happened. There are ads and digests already out! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
Betty frowned. So did I. Maybe it wasn't there fault.
"Psych! Hahaha" Faux betty laughed. They ran out. And Faux me just showed me a wet sponge to make her look like crying.
Next time we'll get them good.

"Dehydration is SO not good for me."

"Come on, Ron, let's head over for a shake and ice cream."

"That'll shake me up, Bets! Let's split!"

Betty laughed at my cheezy joke as we walked over to Pop's, hoping to see Archie there.

Actually, I was hoping /I/ would see Archie, and Betty wouldn't, but let's keep that a secret ;)

I opened the door and scanned the room. Betty followed, blowing her stringy hair out of her face...we were both hot and sweaty, on the first good day in sooo long. I was planning a perfectly normal day...spending money, getting a mani-pedi, spending money, taking a dip in Daddy's pool, and spending money...but it would be MUCH more than that.

For some reason, Pop's was very crowded, full of Adults who I haven't seen before...and I usually know /everyone/ at Pop's. As we walked in, heads turned, and a wave of silence followed our steps. Betty bit her lip, and I walked faster, hoping I didn't have something embarassing stuck on my shoe. But I couldn't look down...that would make it obvious.

As soon as Pop turned around, his eyes widened.

"What's wrong? Did I spill something on my shirt?" I whispered to Pop. I couldn't have though. My shirt cost more than most of the people in that room's cars, and was irreplaceable.

"Pop. It's us, remember? What's wrong?"

"N-n-nothing..." he said, moving around to block our line of vision.

I turned left, he turned left. I turned right, he turned right. "POP! This is insane! Me and Bets are pooped, and we want a shake and a banana split, then we'll split, if we're what's bothering you. Hmmph. The nerve."

I flicked my hair and extended my hand to push Pop away. I couldn't believe I was doing that, though. Usually Pop is so...normal! What was going on?

"Stop!" cried Pop, but we were already heading towards our booth. But when we got there, I almost had a heart attack. There, sitting in front of me in MY spot, was the faux me. I mean, the faux Betty was there too, but seeing the faux me...was...

I'm still speechless. All that could come out of me was a shrieky "Mooooove!"

The faux Veronica stood up and faced me. "What if we don't?"

I couldn't help myself. I grabbed her wrist, and she tugged on my hair. Soon, Betty, "Betty", me and the "other" me were in an untanglable mess. It was impossible, and the words we were shrieking scared half the crowd away.

Finally, Archie was on top of me, shaking my shoulders. The Faux Duo were standing, arms crossed, in front of Betty and I, who were on the floor. Had they won??

"Ronnie! Thank gosh you're awake. I just woke these two, and then..."

"You helped THEM before MOI????" I cried, getting ready to pounce again.

"No, I...Ronnie, I just want to say that you guys scared everyone off! I know you hate eachother, but..."

I looked up and got a good look at the other me. My frown turned into a smirk and I turned to Betty. She was giggling too, and I knew that we had the same idea.

The Faux Duo would NEVER get past us.

Betty and Veronica were walking home from school one day.
"This week has been the worst," Ron said
"Yeah," agreed Betty, failing to keep up her positive attitude. It had just been raining and the dreary gray color of the sky matched Betty and Ronnie's moods perfectly. After walking through puddles for awhile, Betty perked up.
"Let's go to Pop's and get a milkshake or something!" She suggested.
"Yeah, that oughtta cheer us up," replied Ron, "Hopefully..."
Soon they reached Pop Tate's Chocklit Shoppe and charged inside. It was bright and cool inside Pop's, a great escape from the miserable and humid weather outside.
As Betty and Veronica approached the booth, they saw a nervous look forming on Pops' face.
"Hey, what's up, Pops?" said Veronica, hoping that questionable look would fade away.
"Hey girls..." he replied uncomfortably, "It's a real dreary day today... maybe you want to come back tomorrow to have a better.... view of outside!" Pops said, stammering.
Betty looked at him quizically.
"Pops," she said, "You know our special booth isn't a window seat."
"Yeah," said Ron, trying to forget what just happened and the awkward looks on the people's faces around them. "Two chocolate milkshakes," Ronnie ordered.
'I guess there's no stopping them,' thought Pops, 'and customers are customers.'
Pops twirled around to the other side of the wide counter, and soon returned with two of Betty and Veronica's favorite shakes.
"Thanks!" Betty called, dropping two dollars on the counter. She spun around to catch up with Ron, heading to their special booth.
"Pops is sure acting weird, huh Ron?" asked Betty, staring at her sneakers, "Ron... Ron?"
Once Bets looked up and almost had a heart attack! Ron had stopped dead in her tracks, her jaw dropping to the tile floor.
Sitting at THEIR special booth, was THEM. The Faux Duo.

"Hey!" Snapped Veronica, "What are you doing at OUR table?"
"Ron... keep your cool," Betty murmured to her, but suddenly she lost it at what the fake Betty and Veronica said.
"Who cares about you anymore?" said the fake Veronica.
"I mean, like seriously! They love us now, and everyone knows it, so stop trying to deny it!" said the fake Betty.
Betty felt her head overflow with anger, boiling up to the tip of her springy blonde ponytail. The REAL blonde ponytail.
Ron glanced back at Pops, who winced, and mouthed "Can't say I didn't warn you!" And dashed to the other end of the counter to serve the other costumers.
"Look here," Betty said gravely, with a sheer look of anger never leaving her face, "You might have taken our comics, and our table, but you can't take away OUR life, and OUR pride! So stop trying!"
"Actually," replied the fake snobs in unison, "We can," The fake Veronica guestured to a table. A bunch of pre-teen girls were sitting at a huge booth, all of them absorbed in a comic book.
It was B&V Double Digest #151... The Makeover Issue.

"THAT'S ENOUGH!!!!!!" Exploded Ron, "Why are you reading THIS trash?" She said to the girls, grabbing their comics and hurtling them into the trash can.
The fake Betty chuckled. "Look at the fools, trying to win their comics back!"
"Tootles!" smirked the fake Veronica, leaving the shop.
Betty gave a hard, dagger look, to not just Them but everyone else in the shop. If looks could kill, then Betty Cooper would be the only one alive in Riverdale.
Once the Faux Duo left, Ron dove for the booth.
"Come on Bets!" she announced, "We have our table!"
Betty's sweet, blue eyes were filled with hot, salty tears. "Ron..." she mumbled, " I don't think I want to eat anymore... in fact, I don't think I want to go to Pop's ever again!"

They asked if you would sit my them. Betty said"DO I EVER" Ronnie said "sure" so they sat by them and Pops said"do you want a drink, Ronnie and Betty? Betty said" yes please",and Ronnie said Please!!

No worries. Typos and forgetting stuff like punctuations and stuff like that happens. We all make mistakes. :-)

Here's a tip: If you double-space some paragraphs and dialogs (conversations on quotation marks) it will be easier to read. Look at Minnie's and Star's stories for examples.

On a dreary day in Riverdale, The worst encounter was about to face the real Betty and Veronica.

"you know with all the makeover stuff im actually starting to feel better now" said Betty

"i guess you're right we have to get over it somehow, but I Veronica Lodge refuse to have a duplicate of ME"

"well lets hit pop's and get some ice-cream or something"

"yeah that would hopefully cheer us up"

As Betty and Veronica step into pop's there is utter silence, and strange looks on people's faces. As they see Pop with a strained face expression, they realize something muct be wrong.

"You know Pop if there is something in my hair..you can always tell me"

"Ronnie there isn't anything in your hair its something in their looks"

"www wwhy dont you go sit at the counter, where you can uhh..have FASTER SERVICE?"

"It's okay Pop, we love our special spot next to the window...it means something to us"

Both girls then look at each other and burst into fits of giggles.

As they avoid looks and stares and nervous looks, they approach their usual seat. As they step closer, they see the faux duo. Almost immendiately the original Betty and Veronica turn their smiles upside down...in horror and hate.

"OY..THATS OUR SEATS YOU ARE SITTING ON" says a infuriated Betty.

"SHES RIGHT...GET OFF THEM NOW"

THE FAUX DUO PAIR THEN REPLIES;
"But you don't exist anymore...we are here to replace you" replies the fake Ronnie

"yeah..thats right but we are the changed Betty and Veronica" echoes the fake Betty

Both sides exchange laser beam stares and mocking insults.

Betty then exclaims "YOU MAY HAVE OUR PRIDE ,OUR DIGNITY AND OUR COMICS..BUT U CAN'T HAVE OUR ARCHIE!"

Veronia agrees with Betty then there is utter silence...

the Faux Betty and Veronica then have nothing to say..and dissapear within seconds..

It was a moody, grey day outside, and Betty and Veronica were just walking home from school.
" I don't know WHY you made me walk in these heels." Veronica grumbled, glancing at her Italian pumps.
"Oh come on Ron! We need the exercise!" Chuckled Betty, "Here, let me buy you a soda to make it up to you."
"As long as its frozen yogurt," Ron sniffed, " Have to take care of this perfect figure!" She giggled, striking a pose. Betty grinned, and opened the door. To their bewilderment, they saw a different crowd than usual.
"Never seen this many strangers in Pops." Betty mumbled to Ron. Ron nodded, casting her eyes around the shop. There was something about these people, something weird, that she couldn't exactly pin down. She shrugged, and the friends walked up to the counter. Pop spun around, eyes wide and nervous.
"H-hey girls! I have a special treat for you today!" He said with an anxious smile, "Uhhh...you're the fiftieth customers today! You get two free sodas! Provided you sit at the counter today." Ron shot him a quizzical look,
"Pop, that would be great but, you know we always sit at our corner booth! Two chocolate sodas please." Pop gave Betty a desperate look, then resigned himself to making their sodas. Two minutes later they walked to their booth, sodas in hand.
"Hey Bets," Ron said, "Can you hold my soda for a minute? My lipstick is smudged. Betty? Betty? What are you staring-" She stopped dead in her sentence, just in time to see someone finish speaking, someone who was sitting at HER booth, in HER spot, none other than, THE FAUX DUO! Faux Veronica had just given a giggled to Faux Betty, "And then Nick took me to the country side, and we drove around for a long time." She stared dreamily into the distance, before suddenly noticing Betty and Veronica staring at them, mouths agape.
"Hey, do you MIND?" she snapped. "We're trying to eat here!"
"Oh, ho HO!" Ron screeched, "YOU'RE trying to eat? In OUR spot!?"
"Hey, this is our booth, could you move?" Betty said, a glare breaking through her normally sunny disposition.
"Well excuuuuse me!" Faux Betty hissed. "But we were here first, and, hello, you're breathing our air. MOVE!" But just then, before things could get ugly, who else walked in but Nick St.Claire!
"Hey Babe." He grinned, swaggering up to the Faux Veronica. "Last night was a blast, yeah?" Then he caught sight of the real Veronica.
"Whoah! A beauty, a billionaire, AND a twin! You really are the best! Could you introduce me to your gorgeous sister?" He winked at Veronica. Taken aback, she gave him a sultry smile.
"Maybe this new style isn't so bad!" she whispered to Betty, eyes never leaving Nick. Betty glared at her, then turned her attention to Nick.
"Hey!" She growled. "Veronica is NOT related to that phony!" Faux Veronica stuck out her tongue and said to Nick,
"Oh, yes, we ARE related. We're actually the same person, but I'm drawn better." She smoothed her thick brunette hair down. Veronica bristled and said to Nick,
"Ha! She wishes! Now handsome, why don't you and I go catch that movie at the Cineplex? I hear its scary!" Nick chuckled and added,
"I know a way to get in for free." Before taking Veronica, AND Faux Veronica by the arms, and leading the love struck ladies out the door, leaving Betty and Faux Betty to duke it out.
"I can't believe it!" Betty exploded, "A cute guy is more important than our mortal enemies and our friendship!?"
"I'm with you there" sighed Faux Betty. "Ron's like that too, well, there exactly alike really."
The two stood in silence for a minute, before their better natures kicked in.
"Hey, think of it this way!" Betty brightened. "There's an Archie for me, a Faux Archie for you, and a Nick for both Veronicas!"
"That won't last long, but for us, that's perfect!" Faux Betty grinned. "What do you say we go volunteer at the animal shelter for a few hours?"
"Or play some one on one basketball?" Betty suggested. Arm in arm, the two new friends left Pops, who knew where their futures lied?

Face to Face

“Look Betty, no black anywhere in my outfit! I’m officially over the Faux Duo’s invasion of our comic!” I said to my best friend Betty Cooper as I walked into her room.
“That’s great Ronnie, Me too! Let’s go get a chocolate malt to celebrate!” Betty said.
“Sounds good to me!” I agreed, racing out the door.
When we arrived at Pop Tate’s Chocolit Shoppe, Pop got a very confused look on his face, as if he didn’t know who we were. His confused expression stuck on his face as his eyes darted from Betty and me to our favorite booth and back. Finally he whispered “Oh,” to himself and his confusion faded into his usual “How may I help you?” smile.
“Howdy girls! I’m Pop Tate; you must be the girls from Betty & Veronica # 151.”
“The makeover issue? No, no, no Pop, we’re the real Betty and Veronica, right Bets?”
While I was talking to Pop, Betty had made her way to our booth. I turned to look at her and she let out an ear-piercing “EEK!”
”Betty! Betty, are you all right?” I ran towards the booth to see what was wrong, and I got there just in time to catch her before she fell on the floor. Once I saw why she was screaming I dropped her. The Faux Duo was right there in front of us, they had the nerve to come to our favorite hangout, let alone stay in Riverdale after their comic was published!
“You’re the Faux Duo!” Screamed the fake Veronica before I had a chance to say anything.
“What? You’re a liar!” Betty shouted as she lifted herself from the floor.
“No you’re a liar!” the fake Betty screamed back.
“Girls!” Pop Tate shouted.
“Leave Betty and Ronnie alone!”
“Thank you Pop,” I grinned victoriously.
“Ha ha, very funny fake Ron!”
“B-b-but I’m the real Veronica!” I cried.
“I’m going to settle this once and for all. I’m calling the real Mrs. Cooper and the real Mrs. Lodge!” Pop yelled. “Yes!” I thought, or own moms would be able to recognize us”
“Yes, or own moms will be able to recognize us!” The fake Veronica said.
“Pop, how could you possibly not be able to tell who’s who?” My mom shouted as she walked into the shop.
“That’s definitely my Ron,” My mommy said pointing to me.
“And that’s definitely my Betty,” Mrs. Cooper said pointing to Betty.
“Come on Betty, we can’t win.” The fake Ron said to her companion.
“Right, Sorry Betty and Veronica, but after playing you guys in the comic we wanted to stay you, or at least for a little while,” Faux Betty said.
“That was mean!” Betty screeched.
“Yes, what you two did was wrong!” I yelled.
“Yes, Ronnie, you’re right, these two need to be punished,” Pop said. Betty and I grinned when Pop forced them into scrubbing pots and pans for two weeks! I guess I almost feel sorry for them, almost.

"Archiekins, could you get me a drink of water?" I battered my eyelashes as he pulled me up off the floor. He glanced over at Betty nervously and she added, "Me too, Archie! Don't forget me!"

He smiled and turned around, heading to the drinks. I helped Betty up, and we started towards the Faux Duo.

They backed up one or two steps, but other than that, I could tell they thought I was just a pretty face. Don't get me wrong, my face is pretty, but I'm much more than that.

My nose was barely an inch away from hers--and it was scary, because I thought some of her faux-ness would rub off on me.

"Listen, 'Ronnie', I..." there was soo much I wanted to say to her, but standing there, I knew I had to stick to the plan.

"I give up." I said, shakily.

"So do I," said Betty, "You win."

The faux duo's eyebrows instantly raised, and we knew this would be easy.

The next day, I didn't go to school. The other me did. And I can tell you just how it went.

First, they failed the tests. I sort of felt bad for them then, because they weren't pretty or smart, but that didn't keep me from sticking to the scheme.

The day after that was Friday, and THEY went to the dance with Archiekins. It was hard convincing Archie of that, though...

"Archie, I'm sorry, but I'm not the one for you anymore." I said.

"Neither am I," Betty forced a tear. "The Faux Duo will be with you tonight."

Then came the icing on the cake. At the same time, we added:

"We've found someone else."

We watched Archie ride off with the imposters...and called Reggie.

"Reggie, pick us up, pronto. We're your dates to the dance."

Reggie sounded confused, surprised, and delighted, and showed up at our doorstep in less than a minute.

At the dance, everything went horrible--in other words, I loved it.

Midge walked by Reggie four times, but he never turned his head. He was too busy drooling over me. I especially enjoyed that part. But it ended all too soon. He was slumped over the punch bowl in a matter of minutes.

"What's wrong, Reggiekins?" I asked, and Betty followed.

"Yeah, don't you enjoy our company?"

Reggie sighed. "I know this sounds awkward, but I miss beating my pal Archie to you guys. I got you two without fighting him first, and it just doesn't seem fair."

At the other end of the snack table, Jughead and Moose were whining.

"Moose, I miss giving Archie advice to leave the girls and go for the food...I even miss him ignoring me and drooling over Betty and Veronica."

"Duh, Yeah Jug, and I miss hitting Reggie on the head for looking at my Midge."

Betty turned and winked at me. Everything was going great.

"Ow! Quit it, Becky!"

"My name's supposed to be BETTY, VeWRONGica, and move! It's my turn to dance with Andy!"

The Faux Duo were fighting over our Archie, and he sat there with two red feet from the imposters stepping on them so much.

"Guys, my name's Archie, and how 'bout we take a little break?"

"NOT ON YOUR LIFE, ARTY!" cried the other me. She was sweaty and shrilly, and I feared she was going to give me a bad name.

Then the other Betty did something we would all remember.

Accidents happen by Gottapenname
After school one day, Betty and Veronica stopped into Pop’s for a shake. Pop looked nervous when they walked in and gave them “a look”. There were a few regulars there, mostly adults and they looked nervous as well. Betty and Veronica headed towards their regular booth but their clones already occupied it. It’s the first time they’ve actually met. All the girls looked at one another they were all shocked. The original Betty and Veronica were thinking of the entire nasty thing they could tell their clones.
Before Betty and Veronica could say anything the clone Betty scolded the Clone Veronica “ You went the wrong way again I told our Riverdale was in the Opposite direction”
The clone Veronica said “Opps I am sorry Betty, how about we a soda at our Pop’s.”
With that the clone Betty and Veronica went out PoP Tate’s. The original Betty and Veronica sat down. The real Veronica looked kind of sad.
“Veronica why you sad?” Betty said.
“We didn’t get to beat them up or call incredibly harsh names”
“ Well we got are seats back”
“True but with out the harsh names and fighting it all seems”
“Kind of anti climatic” Betty said completing Veronica sentence.
They both order a soda and pretended like thing happened.

Okay! Here's my story,

The First Reaction

Betty stared up at the clock and wished that time could speed up. Miss Grundy was talking about some sort of insect... AGAIN! She looked around at her desk, hoping to find something interesting to do, but alas, nothing was there.
"Darn it! I shouldn't have cleaned it yesterday! What a dope I am!" Betty whispered a little too loudly to herself.
Hearing her comment, Veronica leaned her head towards Betty and said:
"Hey, I hear you, I'm just glad I left my manicure kit in this old hunk of wood," whispered Veronica across the aisle.
"Ladies?" Miss Grundy asked putting her hands on her hips, "There appears to be something wrong, would you like to announce to the entire class what you were talking about?"
"Er... um... we won't do it again, Miss Grundy," stuttered Betty.
"Hmph!" grunted her teacher.
Betty looked at the clock yet again, not much time had passed. She heaved a great big sigh. There was nothing to do. Then, she remembered the new hunk from southside who had transferred. She decided to pass him a note, since he was too cute to pass up.
Once she had written the note, Betty, not thinking, passed the note to Veronica and said:
"Hey, Ron, could you pass this to that new hunk?"
Beet red, Veronica replied. "Betty Cooper! You know he's mine! You can't just waltz in and steal him!! I haven't taken a crack at him first! How dare you!" she yelled, ripping up the note.
"Betty Cooper, Veronica Lodge! I am astonished at your behavior today! Report to detention right this instant. You will stay there until an hour after school, do you hear me?!" exclaimed Miss Grundy.
"Y-yes Miss Grundy," spoke both Betty and Veronica, gloomily.

After School

"Oohh! Now look what you've done, you Bleached Blonde! Now I have to spend an entire hour with you!! I can't believe this! They can't do this to me!" screamed Veronica
"Oh, just be quiet, Ron. It's not like I enjoy this either. I don't know about you, but I'm going to drown my sorrows in a chocolate malt at Pop's once we get out of this stupid detention!" said Betty.
"I think I'll do the same, but I'll be sitting at the other side of the room!" exclaimed Veronica.
"Why you!!"
"Oh yeah!?"
"Betty? Veronica? I hope you've resolved you're problem. I've decided to let you two out of detention early, since it is, after all, Friday night. Now, see you two later, and don't forget your assignment on the biology of an inch worm!" said Miss Grundy, walking out of the room.
"Well I'm going to get my soda!" huffed Veronica.
"Well, not if I get there first!" screamed Betty while the two raced to Pops.
When they opened the doors to Pops, everything got quiet. Everyone was staring at Betty and Ron, in a worried sort of way. Nothing really seemed right. There were people in every seat, but no one was saying anything.
"Hey, what's with pops today?" whispered Betty to Veronica.
"I have no clue," whispered back Veronica.
They walked over to the booth where they normally sat, but it was taken, by the Faux duo, the fake Betty and Veronica!
Betty stared at Veronica, Veronica looked at Betty, then they both stared at the new Betty and Veronica.
"Well, well... it's the supposed REAL Betty and Veronica," sneered the fake Veronica, "if you've come to warm our seats for us, it's okay, because you're late."
"Yes, so why don't you just run along now and fight over archie?" said the fake Betty.
Veronica was steaming mad.
"Well, why don't YOU just leave? This isn't where you belong! You belong in Faux land, or shall I say, iguana land, that way you'll find someone who looks like you!" yelled Veronica.
"Ron..." said Betty.
"Oh look, it's the little pussycat with no backbone, come to reason with us, Betty?" said the Faux Betty.
"ExCUSE me, but I do have a back bone! It's just that yours appears to be wedged somewhere in your brain!" retorted Betty!
"Ooh! The little goody-two-shoes can diss someone! This is a moment I've got to take a mental picture of!" said the fake Veronica.
"Let's go to your house Ron, there's too much trash here," said Betty, "and besides, we can think of a way to get rid of them!" whispered Betty to Ron.
"Good idea!" whispered Ron, "see you later! We now know that you can warm your seat up yourselves, what a feat! Good bye!" said Ron.

They both got Ron's car and drove home. Once home, they thought of a fabulous plan, and called the gang up for some help. What do you think the plan is?...

Betty and Veronica were walking with Archie to Pops. They were all bombarded with bad grades in math class so they thought some shakes might, well, shake their problems off! When suddenly, Archie stopped. He started to gasp. “What’s wrong Archie? Anything I can do I will,” Betty said sweetly.
“HEY! I’M THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN HELP ARCHIE!! Step away from my Archiekins, Blondie.” Veronica growled, flipped her hair and blew a kiss to Archie.

Archie’s heart flutered. “ Have YOU ever baked for him? Have YOU ever fixed his tire? Have YOU made chicken soup for him when he had a cold? Hmmm? Well?” Betty snapped, modeled a pose and winked at Archie. Archie stared at her with glee. Veronica was stuttering “Didn’t think so. You can see who my Archie prefers.” “That’s ME of course. I’m the Sassiest, Most beautiful girl in town.” Veronica purred as she locked her arms over Archie head.
“ OH YEAH??”
“YEAH!”
“’ZAT RIGHT??”
“YOU BETCHA!”
“THAT’S WHAT YOU THINK!”
“YEAH, IT HAPPENS TO BE!”
They screamed. Veronica tightened her arms so much Archie Started to gag. Betty seized Archie arm and the girls tugged as much as they could. Archie broke out of Ronnie’s grasp and yanked Betty’s hand off his arm. “COOL IT!!! I just left my wallet at home. You girls wait for me inside, find our booth and chill, alright?” Archie said quickly and ran to his house. “Alright Archie, BUT YOU’RE SITTING NEXT TO ME!” Ronnie growled. Betty tried to argue, but she was too enraged to speak.
They swung open the door. Pops cried “N-no girls! You’re regular booth is…is…dirty today! Sit some where else! Please!” Suddenly Betty went completely still and starred at our booth. She started to choke. “R-ron, whatever you do, DON’T look at our booth.” Betty said not taking her eyes off our booth. “What are you talking about, Betty? I- “Then suddenly Ron saw what Betty didn’t want her to see. The Faux Duo.
Veronica exploded into shouts. “What are you doing here? This is OUR booth you phonies!!! OURS!” Veronica yelled.
Betty stumbled back and plugged her ears. “Veronica! Don’t get carried away! Shush!” Betty scolded.
“Sit down, sweeties.” the fake Betty hissed. Veronica was still firing away, but Betty pulled her down until she sat. Betty and Veronica sat down and glared.
“Relax, were not taking over or anything like that. You remember you guys and Archie have a date to the movies tonight?” fake Betty rather sweetly said.
“Well, we’re going for you.” Veronica almost screeched at them again but Betty held her back.
“And then we’ll take Archie away from your clutches and Riverdale, permanently!” Fake Veronica sneered.
Betty gave in and exploded at the thought of them stealing Archie. “WHAT? No way! You guys have your own Archie! Go date him!” Betty screeched.

“You can’t have enough of Archie, so we’ll have two! Sigh, Archie’s the best ever! Then since we stole your Archie, Nobody will like you’re comic anymore since there’s no Archie. So all the fans who like Archie will want us to continue the comics.” fake Betty sighed.
“And why do you think we’re giving up our date?” Veronica said, bursting with anger.

“Oh, you guys won’t, that will be Archie doing that. We bought new expensive perfume and Paris originals and I think Archie will find that quite pretty, don’t you think?” Fake Veronica laughed.
Betty and Veronica were beat! The fakes looked stunning. Fake Betty took a sip from her soda.
“Yeech! Pop Tate gave us large blueberry shakes instead of small chocolate shakes. I’m gonna get us some more shakes Veronica” Fake Betty said to fake Ronnie.
She got up and accidentally tipped the table over. And all over Betty and Veronica.
“AARRGG!!! Our dresses! Archie can’t see us like this!” Veronica screamed. “Archie’s coming here?” Fake Betty gasped.
They took makeup mirrors from there pockets and fussed with their hair. “This is going to be easier than we thought!” Fake Veronica Grinned.
“I can’t wait to have two Archie’s for me to date!”
“What?? I want one of the Archie’s!”
“To bad so sad. I’m more pretty.”
“That’s I’m “prettier”. NOT, I’m more pretty.”
“Ha! You wouldn’t know grammar if it bit you!”
“Oh, really? I get A’s in that subject.”
“Sez you!”
“Sez me!”
“Well, ether way, YOU’RE NOT GETTING AN ARCHIE!”
”HA!” They screeched
“Gosh Ron, they sound just like us.” Betty whispered.
Just then Archie walked in. “Oh, Archie!”
the four of us chanted at the same time. And immediately Archie got grabbed by four different girls. “WOAH! I’m seeing double! Ugg, I need to lie down.” Archie grunted.
“Archie, those are the faux duo! Don’t trust them!” Ronnie warned.
We quickly explained the situation, but soon we grabbed, pulled, fought and screamed until Betty let go.
‘Stop, you guys. The only person who can decide which girl Archie’s going with is Archie.” She was right.
We all let go. Archie thought for a while, and finally decided.
“H-hey, you girls are real pretty, and are basically the same Betty and Veronica right?”
The girls couldn’t believe it couldn’t believe it, Archie dumped them for some fakes. The fakes giggled girlishly, relishing there delight in winning Arhie..

The first reaction Part II

"Archiekins? It's Betty. Listen, we met the Faux Duo at pops!! No, no... Ronnie and I have a plan, so tell anyone you know at school! So this is our plan..." Betty explained on the phone.
"I just hope it works, Bets, I wouldn't want them to stick around too long in OUR Riverdale!" said Veronica.
"Don't worry, we've got it all planned out..." said Betty.

The Next Day at School...

In the fake Veronica's car, driving the fake Betty to their 'new' high school:

The fake Betty and Veronica decided to go to the same high school as the real Betty and Veronica... just to get on their nerves.
"Just to make them even more jealous, let's try to steal their Archie!" said the fake Veronica.
"Nice idea, Ron! What should we do first?" asked the fake Betty.
"What do you mean? Sabotage them, of course!" exclaimed the fake Veronica.
"Right!"

In Veronica's car, driving Betty to school:

"So Ron," said Betty.
"What?" said Veronica.
"What do you want to do to them first?"
"Hmmm..."
"I know!"
"What?"
"Sabotage them, of course!!"

The real Betty and Veronica arrived at school first, to set up their new high school environment with the gang.
"But Mr. Weatherbee!!" whined Veronica.
"No buts, Veronica! You can't do this to school property! It's a violation!" said Mr. Weatherbee, sternly.
"But, we really need to do this sir, it's to get rid of some pests that are going to enter this school!" said Reggie.
"Duh... Yeah! And... Duh, Mr. Weatherbee? Shouldn't you be... uh... wearing something, uh, different?" said Moose.
"Oh yes! That brings me to my next question! Why are you all-" said Mr. Weatherbee.
"Shhhh! They're coming! Hide, sir, quickly!" said Archie.
"Oh... humph!" said Mr. Weatherbee, squeezing back into his office under his desk.
"Tee-hee! Oh, and what about that Paris Original? Did it cost as much as your red diamonds one?" said the fake Betty.
"Oh, why yes! Even more! But even then, it's not quite as nice!" sneered the fake Veronica as they were walking down the hall.
"Can I come out now, Ron and Bets? I really want to... uh... meet those two... girls!" whispered Archie.
"Archie!!" whispered the two girls, "how could you fall for those two creeps?? They're imposters!"
"Oh... right," whispered Archie, dismayed.
"Okay, now!" whispered both Betty and Ron.
Then all of the Riverdale students came around the corners of the hallway and started to mill around like they usually did on Monday mornings, talking to eachother like they normally did. But something wasn't normal.
"... and I totally loved this awesome new per... what the heck?" said the fake Veronica, "what's with all of these-"
"Hey, what's up chicks? Goin' ta class a lil' early, aintcha?" said Archie.
"Hey A-unit, wanna play a lil' hookey with the kids?" said Chuck to Archie.
"What is going on here? Why are they dressed like they're from the hood?" said the fake Betty.
"I don't know... but the guys are soooo hot! They're all just like Nick St. Clair!! Oooh!" gushed Veronica.
"Are you kidding? These people look like they're bad news! I mean, the guys are wearing chains and earrings, the paint is coming off of these school walls!" said the fake Betty.
"So what? It's not like something bad is going to happen to us!" said the fake Veronica, gazing at the guys.
"Okay... Now!" whispered Betty.
Then all of the people walked by the fake Betty and Veronica, marking up their dresses with sharpies, subtly. When they had finished...
"Hey! What the heck! Why is my brand new Paris Original dress all black! They can't do this to me!!!" screamed Veronica.
Then Svenson, pretending to be a teacher in terrible, ripped up clothes said:
"Ey! Veronica! You don't scream in zis zchool! You must leave if you make noise!"
"Yeah! I agree! Teacha Svenson is totally right, homies! You kids don't belong here!" yelled out a Riverdale student, dressed up.
"Word!" yelled out the rest of the students.
"Ohmygosh! These people are totally crazy! And disgusting! Let's get out of here, before they do something else!" said the fake Veronica.
"I'd second that! They're crazy! Let's never come here again!!!" said the fake Betty in alarm as they ran out of the school, and back into their own iguana-faced world.
"Whew! Thank goodness that's over!" sighed Betty in relief.

At school, Betty and archie had a fight because of Archie rushed to Veronica, without living her a sign where he and Veronica are going. Betty blew like a dynamite and left school right after the bell rang. At pop's Betty banged the door. She saw pop's was so nervus. He said it is the Faux Duo. Sitting at the gangs regular sit. Betty saw Archie talking closely to the fake Veronica and fake Betty. Betty smashed Archie at the Eye with her bag. Then screamed at the Faux Duo to get out of and said "get out of town or I'll smash your eye stronger than an ape!!!!!!!!!!!!!" betty angrily growled. The Faux Duo really did leave town! The next day."That was a pretty shocking way to get rid of the Faux duo, Betty!" Pop's exclaimed to Betty.
"Oh, it was nothing cause yesterday I was raving mad now it looks like I just spread all my madness to them, now I feel calm" Betty said to Pop's. "But it looks like Archie isn't calm." Pop's added with a little wink.

I don't think I could ever forget that fateful day when Betty and I stopped by at Pops and got the surprise of our life ....
It was December, and after taking a nice (but chilly) walk through the city, Bets and I decided one of Pops hot cocoas would hit the spot! We got to the Choklit Shop, and walked up to the counter, ready to greet Pops with a smile. When we got to the counter, though, Pops gave us this look, like a look Betty would give me if I had a zit on my forehead! Well I knew that, first of all, I didn't have a zit on my forehead, and second of all, even if I did, Pops probably wouldn't notice it! I looked over at Betty, and silently we asked each other what was going on. "Well girls, uh, what can I get you?" Pop asked.
"Two hot chocolates, with whipped--" Betty started to say.
"Wait a minute, no whipped cream for me!! If you want, like, 20 carbs in your drink, then that's fine with me, but I'm not going for it!" Betty rolled her eyes at me, but really, it's the truth!!
Usually a comment like this would set Pops off, but this time, he tried at a fatherly smile, and only said, "Alright, one with, one without, it'll just be a minute girls, why don't you wait up here?"
"Well, I don't know .... " Betty said, "We've been out in the cold ... "
That girl can never make a quick decision, so I took over! "Thanks, Pop, but I think we'll go to our booth!"
"No girls, really, why don't you stay up here?"
Pops is never this pushy!! By this time we knew something had to be up! Betty whispered something in my ear, I nodded.
"One," I said,
"Two," said Betty,
"Three!" We made a run for our booth! While we were running, we passed what seemed like hundreds of unfamiliar eyes looking at us as if we were from another planet. They were all adults. Finally we got to our booth! Betty, without looking at where she was sitting, plopped herself down. How I wish that I could have warned her, but at that point I did not know what she was about to do! "EEEK" Screamed a high pitched, strangely familiar voice. "Get off of me, and now!!!" I looked at the speaker--or should I say screamer, and Betty, (who was sitting on her) and I both screamed "THE FAUX DUO!!!!!"
"Let's make a run for it!!!" Betty suggested.
I pulled her back, "No, with all these people looking at us, our pride is at stake! We must stand our ground and fight!" Okay, so maybe I sounded a little like Paul Revere there, but at least I didn't run! I could almost feel "Veronica's" eyes on mine, scanning my outfit, looking for zits, blemishes, signs of weakness.
I couldn't hold it in any longer, I went wild!!! "Excuse me, but do you have something you want to say? Because it looks like you do!!" I confronted my enemy.
"Yes I have something to say, and that's---" I' cut the fake Ron off.
"You know what, I don't want to hear your stupid little pictures, in fact, the only thing I want to hear from you is the sound of your faux designer boots clinking on the floor as you run away!" I said.
Betty agreed, "Ron is right, oh wait, the REAL Ron is right! You guys need to scram!"
I could see the beads of sweat on Bets forehead, she only sweats when she's really nervous, and this was definitely a nerve racking situation!
By now the faux duo had regained composer, and were ready to fight back.
"You know what girls?" Said the fake Betty. She sounded more like Cheryl Blossom than Bets, what monsters had these comic book artists created? There was also something about the way she said the word girls, that made me and Bets shiver, it was as if we were sooo much younger and immature than her.
"What?" I countered. Ha, I got her there, faux Bets didn't have a "what"! Unfortunately, the fake me did.
"We don't want to fight with you." Fake Ronnie said this in such a sugary sweet tone of voice that she must have been putting on an act. A look from Betty confirmed my hunch. "We just want to get along together. The creator people of your comics obviously thought you needed a change, and they thought that we would be the perfect people to change you! But don't worry, this doesn't mean that we're putting you guys out of business, we're just existing with you!" Can you get any more fake sincere? Well, with faux Betty's next statement, apparently so!
"Why don't you guys show us everything, you know, where you live, where you hang out, Archie!" At this point "Betty" winked at Betty. Well, that wink was the last straw! Uncannily, Bets and I both screamed at the exact same time, "GET OUT!!!! AND STAY OUT!!!!!" Then we high fived!
"Fine," Said my impersonator, "But we will be back, just wait and see!"
"Yeah," Faux Betty said, "And next time, we won't be so nice!"
Well, that gave me the shivers, but at least they were gone for now!
"Way to go Ron!! We did it!!" Betty wrapped me up in a big old bear hug!
"Yeah," I sighed, "We did!"

whatsz the FAUX DUOS??

It was the first day of summer and it was 30 degrees and the sun was beating down on Betty and Veronica. Betty had made the suggestion that since Veronica was wearing the latest fashions flown in from Paris, they should go down to Pops and show off her clothes to the gang and anyone else who was at Pops. Veronica, being the fashionista she is, she eagerly agreed. Secretly she just wanted a soda and she knew thats what Betty wanted as well. They entered Pops and a blast of cool air hit their faces and they both sighed. It was so nice on their faces. They walked up to Pop and asked him for sodas. They looked around while ordering and noticed that everyone was in Pops today and it was so busy. They saw Reggie, Archie and another brunette and blonde sitting with them and the boys faces were very sheepish. They paid Pop and brought their sodas over to see why Archie and Reggie looked guilty and who the two girls were. They got up to their favorite booth and saw that the two girls were Faux girls. They yelled at Archie and Reggie and the boys said that they sat down here only 10 minutes before they arrived and sat down there thinking that it was the real Betty and Veronica but they didnt want to leave because they thought it would be rude. Betty and Veronica didn't buy it for a moment. They just ignored Reggie and Archie for a moment and started questioning the Faux girls. They looked and acted so much like them that they were spooked out but they didn't show it on their faces of course. The Faux Veronica wasn't dressed up as nice as Veronica of course, who could afford Veronicas spending habits? Nobody but her. Faux Betty was wearing almost the exact same clothes as Betty and Betty thought she looked cute. Veronica started getting frusterated because she wanted the Faux Veronica and Betty to leave forever and never set foot in Pops or around Archie and Reggie. By now Veronica was very loud and they were standing in the middle of Pops and everyone was watching and Pops was trying to get them to be quiet or take it outside. The Faux Veronica and Betty got up and faced Veronica and Betty and challenged them to a cooking show down. Veronica and the Faux Veronica would have an 2 hours to make a 3 course meal. Jughead would be the judge and Betty was not able to help and they would be monitored to make sure no one cheated. They winner would be allowed to hang out at Pops and the loser would never be allowed to set foot in Pops again.
