Even though you and betty don't have much in common, I think you should start dating her as a friend, just to get to know her better. Also try being a little nicer to archie because betty still has feelings for him. If you like her more after dating her, start to move in more, but not all at once. This should make her see the softness in you (if there is any).

It was never love between Veronica and Reggie just lust Veroinca lusted after his weath and he lusted after her beuaty. Much like Betty and Archie they only bring out the worst in each other. Betty and Reggie are life long friends and ultmaliley soulmates that we can only hope contuine to reach comdeic gold.
Reggie in my mind has always loved Betty but never really actilvley chased because like Betty he confused her strange obession with Archie Adrews for love. He once called Betty the most beutiful girl in Riverdale behind her back to Archie. It was the sweeset thing and when Betty and Reggie kissed under a misltoe and it the
awesmose thing ever.
Reggie is doing right by both him and Betty by going after the real girl dream Betty and let's hope she finnally see him as the soulmate she is to him.

Take this advice: Be sweet and nice and just be yourself! Dress nice, not too spiffy unless it's a fancy restaurant, and flatter her- be there for her. She's going through a really hard time.
