My resolution is to try to do yoga and excersize inside. I ran this past summer but that caused my knee to hurt and I don't think anything can help it. Does anyone else have this problem?

A New years reseloution is to do something that you need to improve on Reggie. My resiloution is to stop biting my nails(bad habit since i was 6) stop getting injured(again, since i was 6) and to be nicer, even though I am. LOL. I will hopefully not break them.
