Okay Charlese S. Veronica asked Archie for something 'shiny' she's obviously thinking of jewelry:) Archie on the other hand was down to his last dollar and so, he bought Veronica shiny lisence plate frames with big fake gemstones on it. Very, Very Ugly;D Sorry it took me so long to write back but school has me bogged down:) Hope this helped,
