This has been kind of fun. All this “doing stuff for others”; it’s not so bad. I mean, I’ve actually enjoyed most of it.
A lady heard me singing at the mall last week and called me Saturday. She wanted to book me for a dance… I gave her Ronnie’s info and told her I’m lead singer for a band and Ronnie took care of all the bookings. I haven’t heard from Ronnie yet.
Oh, and I ended up getting dates with one of the elves from the gift wrapping gig AND three of our customers. The funny part was, two of the girls were buying gifts for their boyfriends! How cool is that?
I’ve been asked to come back this week and help wrap gifts again. I’m checking my schedule… I may just do that.

that's absolutely wonderful! there are lots of people in the world who can't properly wrap a gift, so helping them accomplish that is a great thing indeed. take me for example. i'm okay, but still learning!

That was very sweet! It's good to hear you are enjoying helping others. I do also. And it's cool that that stuff happened to you because I know that made you happy,and your happiness is my happiness. ;)
