I've read this before. Veronica wins. One of the chefs gives one of Betty's cookies to Jughead and places it on top so Ronnie thought they were hers since she put hers on the top. Truth is Veronica really put salt in the cookies instead of sugar so thats what made Ronnie's cookies horrible. Archie eats some of her cookies (Veronica's) and runs back to Betty's home because he smells them from Veronica's house and eats Betty's cookies and says "Even if you didn't win the baking contest You're the winner in my book".
