Veronica spends time with other guys, i don't think she can stay married for long. Also, her dad hates Archie so i'm surprised she IS getting married.

Remember when you went out with Adam? He was actually nice to you. Once you dumped Archie, he came running back. (THEN HE RAN BACK TO VERONICA!) You are too good for Archie.

You stood by Archies side all the time. Veronica would dump Archie and take him back whenever she wanted. So this marraige is really selfish.

If (unfortunately) Archie doesn't come around, you shouldn't have spent so much time with him. That's why you're so sad now, like you lost a part of your own heart. But you make your own decisions about that.

If Archie does come around personally, i don't think you should take him back. He has done this to you before, but not on this level. If you do take him back,the way he treated you, he would probably do it again and go back to Veronica.

So, all I'm saying is there are plenty of fish in the sea.

Exactly, yes, Ethel loves Jughead, but as far as I know, Jughead has never displayed any affection towards her.
So just like Betty, probably Ethel too should realize that she is wasting her true love on someone who doesn't want it and so doesn't deserve it either.

On the other hand, Jughead and Betty have been friends for a long time, have been together, Jughead has substituted Archie on dates that he ditched Betty for Veronica, and the like.
