Hello! Town Girl here! WOW! I can't believe it's been so long since I posted. Ever since school started, homework, dance classes, viollin lessons, too much! Anyway, for any new posters, i'm known as the recipe queen. It's very nice to meet you all!:) Any way, Betty, I've seen you still post recipes! I'm so glad! Also, if you are, you should post a Thanksgiving recipe up! The time is ticking.... Or maybe it's just my oven timer! Hee hee! Well....... Heres a recipe!

Fancy Pumpkin Bowl

Here's what you'll need:

1 or 2 pulp and seed empty half pumpkin
baked and lightly salted pumpkin seeds
cherries,berries, and grapes!No seeds. 3 cups.
Unsalted nuts, nuts, nuts! 3 cups
can of whipped cream
opt. dried coconut,cinnamon spice and brown sugar!1 tablespoon of each listed.
How to:

Firt, set your pumpkin half on a large plate.
Next, pour nuts and berries in to pumpkin only 1/2 if you are using 2 halves.Do not change other ingredients!
mix together.Spread seeds evenly across the nuts and berries. Add coconut,brown sugar, and cinnamon if you wish. Refrigerate one hour. Do not put on brown sugar, cinnamon, or whipped cream untill serving time. Serves up to ten people. Scoop into bowls, and then add cinnamon,whipped cream, and brown sugar.

Sounds delicous right? I hope everyone enjoys it! Also, you may need 2 pumpkins for two dishes! Do not use stem sides. The berries and nuts can go around the edge of the pumpkin, and you can put stuffing in the middle! YUM! No whipped cream or brown sugar of course!
