My favvorite author is Christopher Paul Curtis. He is the best! He wrote 'Bud, Not Buddy', 'The Watsons Go To Birmingham-1963', and 'Elijah of Buxton'. p.s. 'Elijah of Buxton' is a newberry honor book and a correta scott king award book!!

Betty, My faveorite author is Carolynn keene. She's written all the Original Nancy Drew books. Oh i also like Agatha christie's murder mystery books as well

Hey Betty, my favorite author is Robin Jones Gunn.She's the BEST! She has written the Christy Miller series, the Sierra Jensen series, Todd and Christy the Collage Years, Katie Weldon series (in progress), the Glennbrook series, Father Christmas, the Sisterchicks, and more. I love her books they have changed my life and I think they are the best books ever. Everyone should read her books. They are sooooo awesome!

Hey Betty. I've read several books but I still pick Jen Calonita as my fave author at the moment. Jen Calonita wrote those series of "Secrets of my Hollywood life." Her 3rd book comes out this May 1st. Other than that, I am reading a book called "Complete Fairy tales" (short stories) by Brothers Grimm. It's interesting to read how different the imagination they had back then and the way they talked. I'm guessing it's old English or something. There's one story in that book called "Joy and Sorrow" which is real short but so funny. LOL!

Hi Betty! I have 3 favorite authors. Jacqualine wilson (she wrote books like Dustbin baby and The bed and breakfast star) Ann M. Martin (she wrote the camden falls series) and Mary Pope Osbourne (She writes the magic tree house series) They are all awesome writers and you should so read their books!!! and i agree with "jojo" anne mazer writes the abby hayes series she has written 17 i can't wait for number 18!!! And also betty I love reading archie comics as well right now out of the library i have issued "Archie Americana series best of the 40s" Well... ttfn betty! (tatafornow)
