Thanks for all the comments; you guys are GREAT! Since we DO have to deal with January 27 more days, I thought it might be fun to list some of the things I actually LIKE about this month. So, here’s my first Top Ten list of the New Year!
10 Things I Like About January
I like the name "January" – I always have
Brand new calendars
Making snowmen
Wearing the clothes I got for Christmas
Ice skating at Riverdale Park
Seeing my breath when I go outside
Skiing
Eating popcorn and watching football on TV
Soup – I like to eat soup in January
Thinking about Valentine’s Day!

I like everything.Sigh!I really want to to the snow.It doesn't snow here in Union City.I have to go to places like Mount Shasta for instance.I would love to make snowmen and make snow angels.But for now all I have is hail and lotts of rain.It will be my first time in my life if I go to the snow.I really can't wait until summer.Going to places like Six Flags,Raging Waters,Great America,Disneyland,Water World,Knott's Berry Soak City,Knotts Berry Farm's amusement park.so on and so forth.

I Am so so so so happy!!!!!!!! When I was little, my best friend Elizabeth, (May-may) moved away. I thought we(me and my friend Sam) lost contact a long time ago, but my mom found her address. So I',m sending her a christmas card and writing her a note. I'm so excited!

But right now January isn't so great...my blood sugars have been up quite a bit and I can't get them down to normal for very long so I am not feeling so good.

hey betty! did u know where the name "january" comes from? It comes from Janus, the Roman god of gateways, doors, beginnings and endings. i LOVE mythology, even though i dont believe in it.

My brother's B-Day is in January
I like baking cookies and all sorts of desserts so it warms up the house:9
Sledding/Snowball fights
Taking my dog for a walk and seeing our footprints(or pawprints as the case maybe:)
Curling up with a good book
Scrapbooking in my room while the wind howls outside
Knitting scarves
I like Brand new Calendars as well(This year I got an origami a day calendar:)
Drinking hot cocoa
Reading my bloggy buddie's comments while wraped up in a polartec blanket!!

i love rain! today it rained cats and dogs - there were almost lakes around school! but still, i love rain!
hmm...i like thinking about valentine's day too!
final exams...i don't like finals but i like the week before - no homework but studying =D
the day after finals is great - we get the day off!
rehearsals for the school dance show start! (i love dancing)! wish me luck in the show!

I like January too, Betty. Here is 10 things I wanted to do this month:
1. I would like to see my breath
2. I hope I could pass the SAT
3. I wanted to try skiing or snowboard
4. I hope I could pass the Regents Exam
5. I hope there is a snowstorm coming
6. My brother and I will play snowball fight
7. Hopefully there is a blizzard this year.

we had to go back friday..stupid i think..we were supposed 2 wedensday but wednesday and thursday..was snow days..actually thursday was because of ice..
but we had to go back friday cuz it wasnt bad..i mean thats stupid becuase its friday!!
my best firends b-day is the last day of this month so i look forward 2 that =]]

My top 10 favourie things of January are :
1.) Gymnastics shows and meets.
2.) Seeing my friends after the Holiday break.
3.) School!
4.) New year's resolutions (I love trying to stick to them!)
5.) It's one month closer to my trip to Potsville , Pennsylvania
6.) My church is moving to another building.
7.) Piano exams.
8.) New books to read. (One of my favourite things to do!)
9.) It never snows where I live, so I love going to the pool and riding bikes with my friends.
10.) It's one month closer to my birthday! (I'll finally turn eleven!)

I LIKE TO THINK ABOUT THE PLACES MY PARENTS WILL BE TAKING US TO THIS YEAR,IN THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS.MY DAD WON'T TELL ME WHICH PLACE WE ARE VISITING THIS YEAR,HE WANTS IT TO BE A SUPRISE.I GUESS IT'S JOHANNASBURG OR EUROPE OR PROBABLY IRELAND.LAST YEAR WE VISITED SINGAPORE AND MALAYSIA AND WE HAD A JOLLY GOOD TIME THERE.
