February is always the worst month of the year for me. I get mad at Ronnie, I end up not speaking to Archie, and I’m generally upset with everybody! Happens every year because of this one question: "Who are you gonna pick, Archie? Betty or Veronica?" So, I talked to Veronica at lunch and we’ve agreed NOT to let Archie come between us this Valentine’s Day. We’re not going to compete for him. We’re not going to get angry at each other. (We didn’t promise NOT to get mad at him though! lol) I mean, this has gone on for years and years and it’s just dumb. Ronnie and I are smarter than that. If we can make it past Valentine’s Day, I think we’ll be good for the whole year! Whew! I feel better already. Thanks for listening. Xoxoxoxox Betty

If you and ron are both lucky enough to be able to spend valentines day with a guy, then you two should be mad a who he picks. I never have a guy on Valentines day!

Archie is a good friend but not a good boyfriend to you, Betty. He loves Veronica more and always comes to you when she brushes him away. That is not fair to either of you. You are very intelligent, beautiful, and so inspiring that you will find someone else who will appreciate you and love you only.
As for New years resolutions, I don't make any. It's not necessary but it's fine if a person wants to. :) Depending what it is.

Betty this is a good step in the right direction... An even better one would be to maybe focus your attentions somewhere else this Valentine's Day. You know Reggie isn't a bad catch at all. Why not go out with him right? Friends can do that on this day too.
