Tonight I’m making a Christmas favorite – Peppermint Bark. Midge is a BIG fan of this holiday treat and it’s super easy to make, so I thought I’d post the recipe. I got this one from my friends at the Food Network. :)
Peppermint Bark
Ingredients
crushed candy canes, (enough to equal 1 cup)
2 pounds white chocolate
peppermint flavorings, optional
Preparation
Place candy canes in a plastic bag and hammer into one-fourth-inch chunks or smaller.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Combine candy cane chunks with chocolate (add peppermint flavoring at this point if desired.)
Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet layered with parchment or waxed paper and place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until firm.
Remove from cookie sheet and break into pieces (like peanut brittle.)
Happy Christmas!
Betty

That is kinda ironic, because a couple of weeks ago, my mom, my aunt Joanie, and I went to See's candies and had some!! It was kinda good, but i am not a huge fan of peppermint. It was still good though.

Your recipe sounds really delicious, Betty. I'll be sure to try it whenever I've got time. With the holidays coming to an end my exams are drawing nearer ...
Grade Seven isn't as easy as I'd reckoned, so I'm busy usually 24/7. Sure, maybe I'm exaggerating, but I'm not.
Wait ... that didn't sound right ... lol
Anyhow, I'll see if I can persuade my mum to help me make this treat!
((Happy Holly Holidays! ))

Betty,
When you and Veronica have a fight on a very silly thing and you don`t talk to each other for like a looong time, What do u do? Cause I had like a really big fight with3 friends because they kept on throwing my bag and my jam sandwich was squashed. I cried and now everyone thinks its silly and neither I want to talk to them nor they want the same thing to me. And if I do tell them I am Sorry I guess it would not work out !!
P.S: We are on a Winter Holiday so I can`t talk to them except after it !!
I AM IN A BAD MOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!
