Bill's Archie story and cover in Jughead and Friends #22!
Here's the desciption:
The thrilling debut of artist Bill Galvan! In 2006 Archie Comics conducted portfolio reviews in search of new talent. Bill showed up at the San Diego Comic-Con with portfolio in hand and homemade Jughead shirt on back, and before too long his desire to render the misadventures of the crowned one was evident! Impressed by Galvan's pencil samples, the Archie management team hired Galvan as their newest artist, and his first-published work appeared in JUGHEAD & FRIENDS #22. In "Mission Improbable," a story written by fan-favorite George Gladir, Jughead is helping his mother manage their booth at the bake sale. Do the delicious desserts stand a chance of being sold with Jughead around? You won't believe the outrageous lengths Jughead goes to "take the cake!"
Bill's second story was in Archie Digest #235 called "Birdie Brainers".

Pureheart what does JP stand for? Do you think you could do a step to step drawing of Betty or someone else like Ginger on blog art? It would be soooo cool of you!
*Hello*Kitty*, J.P stands for my name. Those are my initials. :) I wont say my name though... anyway, er... I can't really do a step-to-step thing of a character... I don't really have steps. I just do it randomly. :P Sorry--- I usually draw the eyes first, then the nose, and then the mouth. Then the face and the hair. Actually, those are my usual steps... Plus the ears... and uh... it's all different. :) Sorry--- it depends on the artist. We all have our own way. :) But, really, you should draw the eyes first and then the nose, etc. Much easier. But---you know the drawing steps in the Archie comics? I don't follow those. Or else my drawings would look hideous. Actually, maybe I'll draw a step-to-step one. But I'll feel weird drawing the step to step thing. Because I don't draw them perfectly like the Artists do. I don't work for them yet... feels weird, but I'll try my best. :) I think my comment sounds like nonsense...

Bill Galvan's drawing above looks like of those on "The Simpsons." Oh man, I hope it wont change the Archie comic's style--clean and wonderful. The Simpsons has become so perversed and bad that my brother and I don't see them anymore for years now.

I was thinking about seeing the Simpsons... But only because the commercial cracked me up. Quoting:" Spiderpig, spiderpig, does whatever a spiderpig does." "He's not Spiderpig anymore. He's Harry Plopper." So funny!:D

i love that commercial too cinnamon apple! i sing it to my brother sometimes, mainly to annoy him....but still! i looooooove it! only that commercial tho. although a pig is inpersonating harry potter.....hhhmmm...o well. i still dont really like that yellow family [wat is with that anyway?] but i loooooove the commercial!!!! plus, im not allowed to watch that series. just that commercial! SPIDER PIG RULES!!!!!!!!!!
