Why on earth did you pick Veronica!? Since you guys were kids, Betty always did stuff for you! She tried her very best to impress you and listen to you but you were too blind to see that! Did you know that when Veronica dates you, Betty doesn't interfere (because she's NICE)so she finds another date Veronica gets jealous and tries to get Betty's date to go with her! I hope you will regret marrying Veronica. Don't you know that Betty's deppressed right now?! Betty actually cares for others! And Veronica? She does everything to get her way!

Marriage eh? I've gotta say the fact that you lead both of them along for so long does not bode well for your ability to commit.

You were thinking about inheriting some of Mr. Lodges money, buy a a big mansion with 30 maybe even 40 rooms, hire cooks, hire butlers, hire maids, gets private jets eat shrimp cocktails, drink martinis, travel to Paris and Europe, and lounge around counting your STUPID, STUPID, STUIPD money.
I can't believe you picked money over Betty, poor broken hearted Betty, if I was Veronica's sister, I would go over to your house and scream your ear off about how you made he BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE. Then I would never invite you over to our house ever again.
I would even come to the wedding, NOT to have fun, but to WRECK IT so you wouldn't even think about marrying Ron. All of the things Betty did, like improve your basketball skills, help you with you homework, tune up you car, bake your favorite chocolate chip cookies, carry your books, and pay for your meals, you took for granted.
When Adam tried to date Betty, you wanted her all to yourself but you never did appreciate her for who she was because when Adam wasn't there you just ran toward Veronica. Every time you passed a test you zipped straight toward Veronica. NEVER EVER toward Betty. If you got concert tickets, you asked Veronica first, NEVER EVER Betty.
If you marry Veronica you won't like how Betty is in a love triangle with Adam and Jason. If you break up with Veronica, you'll come rushing toward Betty saying "Can I be your boyfriend (again)?" and Betty might say "No " or "Sorry Archie I have a boyfriend" it could be she has a rich, wealth nice boyfriend that DOESN'T take her for or granted, or Adam or Jason.
Finally Veronica comes along and asks Betty's new boyfriend to be her own new boyfriend and Betty's new boyfriend says "No" he is the guy who doesn't fall for rich, stuck up, selfish, annoying, brunettes unlike you do.
I'm sorry to say, (WAIT NO I'M NOT) that if Veronica and your marriage doesn't work out and if you come crawling back to Betty and she declines you because you didn't ask her to marry you in the first place, just remember you let her heart shatter and now she'll probably do the same thing to you because you did it to her.
Maybe when you grow up Betty will be rich and maybe famous by acting, and be with her husband that doesn't take her for granted. Jughead will marry Trulia Twyst or Ethel and he probably will visit Betty 3 days in a week, he might become rich or become an actor, Reggie will marry a very pretty girl and start doing commercials of his own. I left out Veronica and Archie. When Archie uses up all his money and so does Veronica all they can afford to live in is in under a old building in a basement that could collapse at and moment.
That is my story if Archie and Veronica divorce but still are together. Everything good happens to the other guys, but nothing good happens to Archie amd Veronica.

Acording to majority ucditonal love means giving your self no respect. Betty never respected herself she was the first person to put herself down and she always put her own needs and desires ahead of Ahrice's and never put on any demand on hims on him.He treated her the way he did becuase she let him. She should have spoke up for herslef.
Veronica never let him take for granted and never let him push him around. They had fun toghther and they feel passion about each other. Gosh Archie, how can you do that? Betty has been there for you so many times. Besides, haven't you forgotten about the times Veronica has dumped you for other guys and everything else? Is Betty your backup girlfriend? During the whole " Adam " saga, you tried so hard to win back Betty's feelings.
