As far as I know you're his best friend. You should ask him but if he tells you don't tell anyone the surprise. It would be better if everyone finds out from him.

Yeah I want Archie to marry Veronica. I think they make a good match. Betty is a sweet girl but Veronica is so much better. Veronica will push Archie to do great things. Most of all, I don't want Veronica with Reggie. However, the things with this marriage proposal, aren't gonna go smoothly. Archie will stuff up somehow or Veronica will flat-out refuse and we will be back to square one with our famous love-triangle, which will never be resolved in my lifetime lol.

Hope it's betty.. there's something about veronica that creeps me out!! I think jughead should know whose going to marry arch cause he's the best man and buddy right?! Jughead, I have a personal favor to ask. My daughter Jennifer has been in love with Archie since she was old enough to hold up a book. She is devastated and may never be able to have a successful relationship if Archie gets married to someone else.
Please ask Archie to wait to meet her before making a decison. This is very important to me. I know this sounds desparate, but I love my daughter dearly and I don't know how she would live through Archie marrying, especially to Veronica (heaven forbid).
I will bake you anything your large stomache desires if you do this for me.

Jughead, maybe he wasn't ready to tell you yet, but at least you know right. At least he didn't run off with Betty (crosed fingers it's Betty)and you'd never see him again. Still, he's a great guy, and a great friend and when he and Betty have their first kid, they'll most likely ask you to be the Godfather. You and Archie, are best friends, and even best friends can't tell each other things sometimes. And also, you ROCK for (trying to) keep Archie on the Betty track. You are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!
