lets see...if i cant sleep,i try laying still,and close my eyes..put in ear plugs and i usaly stay up till i somehow get knocked out(like your body just gives up and go's to sleep)
maybe try to strech or get in to a comfy position and cound sheep >.
Theres a giant problem in sleep for me.
1 ) Sometimes it takes me 3.5 hours to go to sleep,
2 ) If i count sheep i would be more awake due to this disease called I-doing-something-so-i-cannot-sleep disease.

Well when I can't sleep I usually read or if it's a weekend and there's no school the next day i can stay up ALL NIGHT. It's fun to stay up all night! I go play, watch DVD's, go on the computer...
By the way, yes i am kinda young to stay up all night (cause I'm 11 years old) but anyway it IS really fun. So give it a try one night!
P.S. I do it alone or at sleepover parties with my BFF's.
at christmas eve i went to sleep and in the midle of the night i went upstairs to go to the bathroom the went back down then went to my bed then tryed to go to sleep butt i was to excided then i stayed up for the rest of the night
i am realy enjoying the book archies double digest the big big sleep i am near the end of the book and i just got it yesterday i will say around 17 pages the im going to go out and by another archie book

It is really hard to get to sleep every once and a while... well what i do is have a bath to relax ur musceles or emagin u can't move and really relax...

just get really relaxed, then imagine a pillow that has the amazing power of putting anyone to sleep instantly. this pillow should say "magic pillow guaranteed!"
If ever you can't sleep Archie read a good book in yuor bed or listen to calm music to make you fall asleep. if all of this fails you have a problem. go ask your momy for advice lol. Bye i love you Archie.
