Boy, am I stuffed!
As you probably know, Riverdale High closes up shop for the summer TOMORROW – at 1:45 p.m. to be precise.
Problem: What to do with all the food odds & ends we DIDN’T cook in Gourmet Cooking Class.
Solution: EAT IT ALL!
Man, we’ve had the most fun finding creative ways to use up our scraps – a cup of black beans, 3 cloves of garlic, cream of tartar, molasses, brown rice, 2 bags of popcorn – you get the idea.
It made for an interesting pot luck, that’s for sure. I am going to miss Gourmet Cooking Class. However, my teacher is adding a brand new class to the roster for next year –
International Cuisine!
