Just thought you’d like to know that both Jug and I survived Valentine’s Day! When I posted last time, I had decided to get the girls some flowers. So I did! I went to the Riverdale Salon and I got 2 gift certificates. Betty and Veronica can get a manicure or a massage or whatever it is that girls do at the salon! I don’t really know, but they seem to congregate there so it must be fun. Thanks Patty! As for Jug – he wasn’t able to escape Ethel’s singing. At lunch, she snuck into the school office and sang to him over the PA system. I don’t want to be unkind because Ethel is my friend – but she can’t sing. At all. That noise ruined my lunch. But then last night, we ran into them at the movies and we had a great time! I had no idea Valentine’s Day could be so… pleasant! Thought you’d like to know. Archie

I TOTALLY agree with Maureen! Ron is SO mean, no offense. BETTY IS YOUR SOUL MATE! Poor girl tries so hard, but you're always with Veronica, because she's $$$, and pretty. But Betty isn't as lucky as Veronica, and that's why you don't like her!! Horrible!

Way to go, Patty! This is a great idea for telling Archie to get the gift certificates for Betty and Veronica. Let's hope Archie doesn't do anything to mess up Betty and Veronica's friendship. Keep up the good work!

There is something you need to understand. Veronica stood you up because she like other boys, she mostly likes you cause Betty does.
Take my advice go STEADY with BETTY!!
When Veronica's with you she tells you she loves you, but when she see's another guy you're suddenly not important. Betty Loves you more then you THINK! You make her do you're homework and other stuff but not realizing that she LOVES you so very much. If you would go out with Betty here are reasons why:
1.Beautiful
2.SMART!!
3.She makes the best cookies
4.Kind, warmed hearted ect.
Veronica reasons:
1.Rich
2.Beautiful
3.$$$$$$
And plus her father hates you!!!
Take my advice and go steady with Betty, you no she loves you as much as you do and she doesnt expect you to shower her with gifts and money! all she wants is for you to LOVE her.

Thats great that you had a good valentines day! I think its great that you all can be friends on valentines day, after all valentines day can be a day for friends not just romance. That was a good idea Patty had, its better than roses, because roses mean romance. I'm glad to hear you had a good valentines day!
