We had a fire drill today. Fire drill. In February. It’s the coldest month of the year. So, at first when the alarm went off, I thought, "it’s February. The Bee won’t leave us standing out in the cold." So, I didn’t take my jacket.
After we got outside I saw the smoke. It was coming from the cafeteria! Yikes! It wasn’t a drill; Ms. Beazly forgot to set the timer, and three whole pans of brownies went up in flames. What a loss – brownies. They’re pretty good. She frosts them, you know.
Anyway, we were allowed to go back inside after about an hour, but I was frozen by then. So, that was my day.

Dude. Thats HARSH. I hate firedrills. Much as I hae schoolwork, I would rather be writing some dumb story, or doing boring multiplication, than to be standing out in the cold, while listening to my schools really loud and ear-piercing fire alarm. Plus, its a waste of what might have been (although the odds are low) a perfectly good batch of brownies.

ouch! Once, some kid's soccer ball, hit a pipe, causing the sprinkeler, thing to off, just that one, and, the alarme went off, i was playing with my friends, in a little ways, off the feild, so, when we saw the mob of kids running, we were a little worried. but it turned out ok!!!
