Hi gang,
I’m a little bit sad today. As I was driving through town I noticed the street department guys were taking down the snowflakes on the light posts. The tree is gone on the town square, too. I guess Christmas is officially over in Riverdale. I wanted it to stay longer this year. I really had fun. Anybody else feel this way?

I feel the same way!! My mom took down all our christmas decorations a couple days ago! I was SO sad to see them go! I already can't wait until this years christmas!! Oh and i really like the new background!!

There's still some people in my neighborhood with lights up. (Us included, lol). Yeah, it's sad it's over already. :( It was amazing this year--I mean last year. lOL! Doesn't it feel weird that now we have to date things 2008 instead of 2007? lol! I had forgotten about that until the other day.
Anyway, I still listened to Christmas songs this morning. *Sigh It's the most beautiful holiday of the year.

I was readen the Funnies in the paper today, and a certain one caught my eye. It was the Family Circus, and the little boy and his maw were putting the Christmas Decorations in the attic for storage until next year. Then the little boy said to her,"Grandma says when we put away the Christmas things, we shouldn't put the Christmas Spirit away with them." I'm gonna remember that this year, and I think we all should too. Just a quick after Christmas thought! Luv ya'll!!!!!

I always feel that way after Christmas, but once I get to schoolwork I eventually, gradually ease back into normal routine. It's alot of fun though taking down the tree and cleaning up the house.
