Thanks for all the GREAT gift suggestions; I’m feeling better about Christmas already! I stumbled across some catalogs today that just MIGHT have perfect gifts for Betty & Veronica.
One sells automotive supplies. The other sells cheese – decorated for Christmas! Wow! I’d better not let Jug see this one. I’m gonna look through these tonight. I’ll let you know if I find anything cool.
Keep those suggestions coming!
Your Pal,
Archie

CHEESE! I like cheese, but would the girls? I'm not so sure...
OTOH, the auto. supplies is an okay idea, but for christmas, maybe something a little more...let's say, glittery and special?

Flowers, jewelry, take to a fancy resteraunt or a play, or a scarf and mittens that say A&B or A&V, have your mother help you make a scrapbook of pictures of you with them, a card that you made, and for Jughead, any food or take him to a resteraunt or have pop make a HUGE plate of burgers and put a bow on top. And for Reggie, pictures of him, a frame for him to put his picture in it, A big banner that says REGGIE on it, or a Sweater that says #1 on it, and for your dad, a sweater that says #1 dad on it, a watch, a fishing pole, and for your mother, an apron that says best mom, or make her a big christmas breakfast in bed, or something you made in wood class.

archie,we're here to help.but i think your idea of cheese and automotive parts would not solve your problem.Girls prefer jewelry, clothes, scrapbooks and other girly stuffs.Isuggest you give it to Jughead, he'll be thrilled.

Tsk tsk.... Archie, I must say, You remind me a little of MY best friend. Who just so happens to be a boy ironically XD;(YES! I am a girl with a boy for a best friend >_>)
As for gift suggestions... Goodness that is a toughie. For me personally- I'd be thrilled with cheese, because it would crack me up so much XD
Although, I doubt Betty and Veronica would find that humorous.... Hmmm, lets see. Think of something useful, but sweet. (Automotive parts are useful, but not exactly the kind of thing you'd expect to get for christmas...)
Hmm... Gift Certificate to a spa? Jewelery? An animal of some kind?

I'd eat the cheese... And the automotive supplies. Just kidding, :) Er, cheese... automotive supplies... I'd accept a present like that. I don't really care about what I receive, at least the person who gives me a present was thinking about me. :P Well, I don't know. But--- I know Betty and Veronica would get a little nuts if they received those, er, presents. They'll go bald when their hair literally sets on fire. Enough about this "bald" talk, anyway, get them... clothes? I have no idea. If you do get them clothes, get the right size. Size 100 and you'll be dead in seconds. Hahaha, just kidding. Hmm... I keep my gifts simple. A toy, A LOT of candy, and a card. My usual thing that I give out for presents. And I wrap it real good (I know grammar dudes, "well"). Okay, NOW I'm going out to buy my guitar pick. :) Bye.
Good Luck,

automotive supplies = NO!!! NO NO NO!!! girls are NOT into automobiles. at least most aren't...at least not as a gift from their boyfriend
unless of course it's an actual CAR...then that's different. and it has to be a nice car.
cheese...um...i'm thinking no too...but i dunno, i mean i like cheese...it's not a horrible gift but there's probably better stuff out there. don't know whether or not i'd want cheese from my boyfriend.

Dear Archie
I understand you are very excited about these gift ideas. Although you have to remember Betty and Veronica aren`t like you. First of all: just because you like a gift doesn`t quite mean they`ll like it too. Second: I would very much recomend that you get them something a little more feminine, after all they are girls (trust me,I`m a girl).Third off: I think that you should make them something like jewelry. It`s nice to receive something hand -- made. You can buy beads and wire from many craft stores and they come pretty cheap despite how nice they look. When mixing together bead colors when making jewelry you never can be too careful. For example: Purple can go with silver, pink, yellow, gold, neutrals, and blue. Although, as long as you`re careful you can try mixing and matching colors.
Hope this helped

Archie, we know what you have on your Christmas list. For Veronica-socks? If you get her socks, they're gonna have to be real fashinable socks if you want to survive. And for Betty- an ice scraper? On Christmas you want to give gifts that make the person feel good, NOT be hinted at that the gift giver wants the ice scraped off his car. And don't even go near the automotives supplies and cheeses while shopping for them. If you get them those items, you'll not only be run out of town, you'll be beaten to a pulp, tarred and feathered and THEN ran out of town. Honestly, you need help when it come to gift giving. You know, I'd be happy to tutor you :).
