My buddy Archie is about to take a long dive off the short end of the pool. Archie asked me this morning if I heard about the “Back to School Dance.”
Told him, “Nope not a thing and I like it that away.”
Archie said Betty told him about it while they were running the other day.
He then said he was going to check with Ronnie to see if anyone has asked her yet.
I told him he was better off leaving town that night. It would save him a lot of grief. He just looked at me kind of funny and gave me that blank smile of his.
Will he ever learn?

Jug, tell archie that Veronica is NOT the girl for him. sure she's pretty and everything but Bettey's so much nicer and She is really for Archie. Tell Ron she's better of with Reggie

Oh no, school is just starting and already Arch is gonna be in trouble!! Your a good friend for trying to help but somethings he just has to learn for himself I guess. ^__^
You don't hafta go dance if you don't wanna Jug. You can always kick back at home with some movies maybe buy a pizza an' snacks.
