Actually, I found him.
I figured there is nothing worth hiding from your best friend for. As I thought, he tried talking me into joining the cross country team. But I told him that running cross country was not my thing.
We chatted for a long time and he understood. Arch is not as dense as some think (well about girls he is).
Anyway Archie will talk to Coach Clayton and I can get ready for school with that off my shoulders.

Great, good for you. Although, I DID think that you needed the workout. Kidding! It's great that Arch understands why you don' want to join it. It's not good keeping things from your best friend. At least in the end you faced the music. We're proud of 'ya. Oh yeah, when school starts, don't fall asleep in class again. Just keep thinking about lunchtime. Or even better, FOOD! :D
