Hi Gang
On the fourth when we took Ron to the ER, I ran into Riverdale’s newest resident and my new friend, Raj. Raj is from India (Way cool, huh!) Anyway his Dad is a doctor at the hospital and Raj was waiting for him in the parking lot.
Raj is an aspiring film-maker and he videoed us bringing Ronnie to the ER. I have to get a copy for her. She loves to see herself on the screen, or in the paper, in a mirror, in a photo… well she just likes to see herself. Anyway I introduced Raj to the gang and we became quick friends.
So keep your eyes open. I’m sure you’ll be seeing Raj in the comics.

Monica, he's pernament. He's staying and living the life in Riverdale. Check out the Archie News, he comes up in some other Archie comics too.

Brooke, they took Ronnie to the E.R because she fell off her really expensive bike and hurt her leg. OUCH!

Oh yeah. I read the new comic about him. He seems sorta nice, and I bet his older sister will become a friend of Bets and Ronnie. They said she is kind of serious, but who knows, maybe she has a wild side. Paj's Father is just like Ron's anyway :) He and Arch got a great start, but by the end of the that tale, I just know he's gonna see Arch as Ron's small-minded father does. Too bad, though :/ I kinda liked the two.

Another character eh? I bet you in five years we'll see Fernando Ruiz on the Archie Comics message board asking what he looks like. I don't see what the point is really in introducing new characters when they're only shown in a few comics until they're forgotten.

Yes, I did see him, Archie. He has a... unibrow. You know, the eyebrow that joins together and looks like a huge ugly caterpillar sat across his face? He is cool though, especially with his model making. I can't make a model, period.

Oh, and another thing. In Fernando Ruiz's drawings of Raj Patel's family, his mom is: Mona Patel, his dad is: Dr. Ravi Patel, and the sister was: Tina Patel. On Fernando's sketch of Dr. Ravi Patel, is says next to him: Pediatrician -and- Chicken Pox shot for Jellybean.

I looked up Archie information (I do that for fun...my hobby) and I saw him on the cover of Tales from...Riverdale #21 where Raj Patel is saying: "Thanks, Archie, for showing me around the school!" then Arch says: "No problem Raj, Next, we take a tour of.." then Mr. Weatherbee interrupts them and says: "Detention Hall!" If you look for information about Raj with Archie on Google, then you can see the original art(s) of the cover: Tales from...Riverdale #22, and pictures that Fernando Ruiz drew of Raj and other characters...in sketch. And that's all...

PLEASE make more comics with Raj in them I have the 1st one already and I loved it but he is only in one story. Even better yet you could give him his own digest line. Besides Archie he is my alltime favorite character!!!!!!
